BUILDING WORKS

Supply and erection Steel Porta Cabin Size 6 Mtr x 3 Mtr x 2.7 M (minimum height) ( two ways slope) having insulation core of panel ,concealed wiring ,side wall panel 1.25 mm thick corrugated HR sheet,flush door 32mm thick water proof (01 No), Powder coated aluminium sliding windows with 4 mm thick tinted Glass size 3 feetx4 feet- (02Nos) and 4 feet x 6 feet -(02 Nos),Vitrified tiles on floor, Roof sheet 1.25 mm thick corrugated HR Sheet, 50 mm thick Glass Wool insulation material for sides and End walls. Roof, MS Stiffener Top 40mmx20mmx3.2 mm Thick, Roof Frame & Side panel Frame MS having 50mm x 50mm x1.2 mm, Floor panel Frame, Aluminium glazes sliding window anodizes sections frame, Under structure Base Made of MS pipe 50mmx50mmx1.2 mm thick for and beside-centre block and outer ride with 25mmx25mmx2mm thick MS pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

PROVISION OF PQC FLOORING FOR DEMOLITION WALL PORTION

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries,rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee,angle,channel or flat section including distance piece, cleats Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power exc 5 tonne & n exc 8 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. .

M &L for 150 mm GSB of grading as per Grade I of morth specification surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compacator of min 8 to 15 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for 150 mm thick ( compacted thickness) DLC with 7 days compressive strength of 10 N/sqmm with min cement content of 240 kg/cum using grading as per Morth specifications using crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete inc. necessary steel form work and spreading,rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fine sand filling 10mm under floor including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only polyster triangular/non circular fiber having tensile strength 4000-6000 kg/sqcm and melting point > 250 C)[email protected]% by weight of cement in controlled cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for min 250 mm thick PQC work in pavement/ hardstanding of flexural strength of 40 kg/sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, incl.necessary form work bullnosing rounding off edges finishing by mechanical brooming/belting curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for laying 125 micron HDPE polythene film incl. all necessary cutting overlaps not less than 300mm on either sides complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 1/3 of depth of slab (250/3) and top 25x8mm wide to receive PU, leaving 3mm wide ( using dimond bit cutter ) providing polethene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethene sealent (min depth of sealent 12mm) , priming the sides using masked tape on the edges of joints and removing after filling of sealent complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for forming construction joints 25mm deep x 8 mm wide providing polythene backup rod 10 mm dia and sealed with polyurethene sealent(min depth of sealent 12mm) ,priming the sides using masked tape on the edges of joints and removing after filling of sealent complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for forming 25 mm wide 250 mm deep expansion joints filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint, provision of closed cell backup rod 30 mm dia filled with polyurethane sealent of depth 25 mm using masked tape on the edges of joints and removing after filling of sealent complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mooring Rings 20 mm dia MS bars made to shape, encased with 5mm thick MS plate cylinderical shape of dia 20cm and depth 30cm embedded in concrete flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED security light 20 watt input 110 to 220 volts as per IP 65 luminaries comprising of rectangular shape, high pressure die cast aluminium housing , with weather proof gasket for lamp and driver compartment wih GI pipe 25 mm bore light grade bent to shape including necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F verticle load line double door type DB TP & N, 04 ways and fitted with bus bars, neutral links and blanking plate complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB FP 40 Amps, 25 KA 415 volts for load liner omplete all as specified and as directed.

AIR CONTITIONING

Supply installation and testing hi wall split units indoor/outdoor 1.5 Ton complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity as hown complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 v to 280 V with out put voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of current capacity 6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F single pole and netural enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A complete all as specified and as directed.
