Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish and other filthy materials from the roadside masonry/CC drains, hume pipe drains, culverts, and associated structures. This includes the meticulous removal of concrete slabs and manhole covers (if any) without causing damage, followed by the thorough cleaning of rubbish, sludge, weeds, scum, liquid earth, and mud through the deployment of skilled manual labour (Mathor). The process involves also clearing the compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed and careful refixing of slabs and covers (if any) after cleaning, with the removal of sludge using iron pans, buckets, and appropriate tools. All collected spoils shall be efficiently disposed of via truck or cart, adhering to municipal rules, with payment based on the actual stack measurement of spoils in dry condition at the roadside. This involves cutting, loading, and unloading to and from trucks or carts, all carried out by Mathor labor. The collected garbage is to be transported and disposed of responsibly at a designated location (upto2.5Km). Throughout these tasks, compliance with municipal rules is mandatory. The overall project includes maintaining cleanliness, and all activities shall be executed in accordance with the directives of the Engineer-in-Charge.
