Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep as in hard/dense soil for foundation etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 3.0m in depth in hard/dense soil for foundation etc and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Breaking/cutting out existing, bituminous road for portion ordered to (as required), using hammer drill or excavater elect operated, removing excavated materials out side MD land and making good the distrubed portion using plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in each layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and disposing off the excavated material/soil out side MD Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion ,digging out roots and levelling the ground ,removal of debris out side the MD land. (girth of trunk Exc 100cm and n.exc 150 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm,deposited,spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thickness with broken stone or boulders watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Re-inforced Ready Mix Concrete of grade M-30 design mix from approved list as mentioned in PS for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns; etc; basement slabs; under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Re-inforced Ready Mix Concrete of grade M-30 design mix from approved list as mentioned in PS for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams , side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter, for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc, vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of the concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for CRS bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 10 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 13.00 above but 5 mm to 10mm dia bars as in binders, spacers, stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on the wall surfaces of the concrete in CM 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on new surfaces over and including minimum 1 mm thick white cement based wall care putty as a leveling course for obtaining plain surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm outer dia, HDPE pipes (PE-63 grade), Class 3, 06 Kgf / Sqcm, in any length, laid through weep holes in the masonary wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coarse sand filling as in invert filter etc (at back of walls) laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and consolidation including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) with boulders of gauge 63mm to 40mm as in invert filters etc (at back of walls) and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel works (Fe-290 Grade E-165) as in posts and struts etc in fencing of angle or other sections, including cuttings tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins (each line wire to be measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches crushed sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary use & waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old UNSV/rusted steel tubular poles 9 mtr long necessary disconnecting cables/over head condcutor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9.00 metres long designation 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including and numbering of poles with white paint on black paint base and stripping with black paint (100 mm each stripe) 3 Nos at equal distance from bottom (above PCC coping) upto a height of 1200 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and concrete foundation shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A' (BOQ)

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated cable in trenches / or fixed on pole etc in screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 4 Core Conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 complete disconnection/taking down of unserviceable existing cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 3 core 1.5 Sqmm size multistranded FRLS copper conductor PVC unsheathed 650 / 1100 Volt cable for interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI light grade tubing not less than 1.2 mtr long bend to shape including pole clamps made of 50 x 6 FI and nut, bolts and washers including taking down old bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair street light fittings in street light poles the fitting shall be of Edge LED type 60 Watts (Warm White) complete with and including drivers, pressure die cast aluminium housing, prewired etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 100 mm bore MS pipes cleaning, cutting out damaged/wornout ends etc. and setting at site for refixing of serviceable pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying/fixing old serviceable ERW pipes obtained from Item No 51.00 above including cutting/Welding and fixing and including new fitting of 100 mm bore etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs 18,195.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
