Subwork No 1 Pumping Machinery Item No.1.Providing ,erecting and giving test of 150 mm diameter submersible pumps set confirming to IS 8043 and IS 9283 Pumps shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel pump shafts and bronze impeller . Motor suitable for working on 415 Volts + 10%, 3ph, 50 Hz . AC supply ,supply cable guards , thrust carbon / fiber bearing to accept entire hydraulic thrust. Waterproof winding shall be provided .The pump sets shall be suitable for direct coupling. Pumps shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturer’s design. Anti-thrust stream-lined non-return valve shall be provided with pump. Suitable strainer Shall be provided. 3 core, single / double Run copper conductor submersible type flat cable 3mt. and two pairs electronic clamps shall be provided along with the pump. 10bhp

Item No.6 Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of automatic control panel for three phase, 415 V, A.C. supply submersible/centrifugal pump set upto 7.5 HP - 10 HP consisting of D.O.L. starter having relay range 28-42 A, S.P.P., combined ammeter/voltmeter, phase indicating lamp enclosed in CRCA powder coated vibration proof enclosure with IP54 protection with single phasing, phase reversal, phase imbalance, etc.

Subwork No 2 Solar Pumping Machinery Item No.1 :-Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 10 HP capacity AC/DC solar water pump (SPV pump), comprising of min. 7.5 KWp capacity multi crystalline SPV modules mounted on GI Structure with necessary hardware with controller, suitable size HDPE delivery water pipe line up to 60 mtr length inside or above water tank/borewell with necessary control valves and necessary power supply cable of appropriate size complete with 5 years on site performance warrantee.
