CIVIL PORTION WORK:- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed including all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the Spection and Direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of copper plate earthing 600mm x600 mmx3.15 mm thick ISI marked including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc including required salt and charcoal as required.
S/L of 25 mm x 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess.
Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial made of 25 mm dia 900 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required
Reveting, sweating and soldering of copper / G.I. tape ( with another copper / G.I. tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) as required.
Providing and fixing of G.I. tape 20 mm x 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For horizontal run)
Providing and fixing of G.I. tape 20 mm x 3 mm thick per on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For vertical run)
S/L of 3 mtr. Long 40 mm dia G.I. Standard Earthing with salt and charcoal complete in all respect including cover plate etc.
Providing and fixing of testing joint, made of 20 mm x 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 long with 4 nos of G.I. bolts, check nuts and spring washer etc complete as required.

Supply of Elegant look 50 WAIO LED Solar Street lights having extruded alluminium housing, 125 Wp or more Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates fixed on the top of the luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 48 Ah or more LiFePO4 battery(BIS certified) , BMS, MPPT charge controller having efficiency> 92% , PIR sensor to provide 2.days (24 hrs ) back up . The luminaire is having IP 65 protection for critical components, IK 07 and having lumen output of > 8250 lumen as LM 79 report of third party NABL lab ,CCT : 6000K(+/-500K), CRI> 70%. Lenses should be provided on the LED chip for better lighting dstribution to avoid glare on human eyes . Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party NABL lab reports to justify the luen efficacy,luminaire output , IK 07 and IP 65 protection ( In house NABL lab reports will not be acceptable). The LED chip shall have average life of L70@ 50000 Burning hours as per LM 80 report.The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type mounting bracket which can be fitted directly on the pole. he Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter by mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India ( Made in China product are not acceptable) and warranty certificate on their company's letterhead by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales ervice will be provided through their tollfree base service network located within 100 to 150 KM from the project site. The Solar Street light manufacturer should have own NABL accredieted laborotory. The solar street light must must be submitted for the technical acceptance of the products . 1. Supply of 6 mtr long hot dip galvanized Octagonal pole having base dia of 155 mm and top dia of 70 mm and plate thick ness of 4 mm or more having door on the pole to have an access to the JB for connecting AC electric power to the Hybrid solar light . complete with base plate and 4 nos. Jtype En 8 grade foundation bolts to withstand 180 KM / HR wind speed considering the weight & dimension of 1 nos Solar light to be fitted in the pole at two diffrent heights . Construction of RCC foundation by using M20 grade RCC and Fe 415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing the 4 nos. fdn bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with Solar light on that foundation. The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC.
Installation of 6 mtr pole and fixing the solar light on that foundation by using suitable machinery by taking all safety precautions as per the direction of EIC.
Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 3 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required)
Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm G.I strip in ground as required.
