Earthwork in grabbing the seat of the embankment up-to 0.3 m depth by mechanical means and depositing the soils outside the country side toe of the proposed structures, etc. complete as directed.
Earth work in embankment by Mechanical means by truck carriage with locally available ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, dressing as per design section and compaction in layers not exceeding 30 cm in thickness and core cutter soil test at every layer and every 500 m distance, etc. complete as directed. B. Compaction with vibratory roller of 80-100 kN capacity 2.24.1. For initial Lead up to 1.00 Km for all lifts. 2.24.2 : For beyond initial 1 Km & up to 10.00 Km & for all lifts. * For Extra lead 2 Km.
Turfing with grass sods of largest possible rectangles of 12cm minimum thickness placed closely including dressing earth pegging with Jati bamboo split, watering till the grass grows for a lead up to 90m and all lifts, etc. complete as directed.
Supply of geo-textile Tube (Mega containers) with minimum properties as mentioned below • Polymer = PP • Tube Circumference = 4.3 / 8.6 / 12.9 / 14.2 / 16 / 17.2 / 21.6 + 5% (m) • Fill Port (diameter) = 30 to 45 CM • Tensile Strength (MD) ≥ 100 kN/m • Tensile Strength (CD) ≥ 100 kN/m • Elongation – MD ≤ 25% • AOS ≤ 0.180 mm • Permittivity ≥ 0.40 S-1 • Length = 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 m Tube Circumference = 4.3 (m) d. Filling of geotubes (25m long and 4.3m circumference) with sand volume of 32.265 cum by using mud pump not below the fill height of 0.70m as per drawing and technical specification, binding the tube with 9mm nylon rope to jati bamboo pegs of length 2m placed 5m c/c along both sides of the tube and at both ends to keep the tube in position during filling, as specified and directed including all loading, unloading and handling charges and local carriage upto a distance of 250m, pumping slurry using mud pump from a distance upto 500m, etc. including setting up of the tube laying platform, complete as directed.
