Loading, unloading & Safe carriage of main tank & accessories of 40 MVA T/F BBL make on suitable capacity of multi axle Hydraulic trailer only which will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, transit insurance shall be got done by the contractor and payment shall be done extra on presentation of bill, carriage of main tank & accesories will be done from 132 KV S/S Dohrigaht to 132 KV S/S Ghosi (Barjala) (approx Dist. 60 Km) as well as providing and filling of soil, other associated materials/works in maintenacne of approach road (Approx 5 Km) for safe transportation.

Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA T/F from near open space upto plinth upto 20 meter distance including turning the T/F tank and performing all other associated work

Additional Shifting of tank up to 90 meter @ 5.00 meter/Job

Draining out of complete transformer oil from T/F

Dismantalling of 40 MVA T/F HV/LV/Netutral bushing from transformer main tank, radiators, conservator tank, explosion vent pipe, oil pope. Bucholtz relay, oil pipe line, cooling fans, opeing of electrical connection and proper blaning of open space for replacement of gaskits between consrvator to main tank and OLTC etc,

Providing & replacement of oil and damaged gaskits of 40 MVA T/F providing new gaskets as per requirred size of good quality rubberized cork sheet of new KONIKA/TRABROZE make at following place of transformer.

Top cover gaskets involving the work of opeing nut & bolts of the top cover plate (lifting the cover plate with core and winding by 20 cm) from its present level, cleaning the oil and damaged gaskets and its removal from surface by scraping and cleaning the top surface fabrication of top cover gaskets as per top surface made from corksheet joining and punching holes fitting on top surface, fitting the top place cover and tightening the nut and bolts for proper completion of work

Spray painting of 40 MVA T/F with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of standard make asian/Burger/ Nerolac smoke gray synthetic enamel of 1st quality.
