P/F of prefabricated structure as follows :- (a) Substructure of cement concrete 1’ – 0” above ground level & plinth protection1’ – 6” wide (as per X-Section) (b) Support frame of SHS 150 X 150 X 5 mm, Trusses of RHS 122 X 61 X 3.6/50 X 50 X 2.9/38 X 38 X 2.6 mm as per drawing (to be provided during execution) (c) Roofing of 0.5 mm thick. PVC painted corrugated sheet. (d) Wall panels 50mm thick Concrete panel/puff panel. fixed with 50mm wide U-Channel. (e) Ceiling T-grid ceiling with water proof tiles of cement board/gypsum fibre (595 x 595 mm) (f) Joinery Powder coated 14 gauge aluminum sections (2 ½" X 2 ½" / 2 ½" X 1 ¼" /3 X 1 ¾" ) for doors and windows; windows-two track with fixed wire mesh and sliding with clear glass;doors-5.5mm thick float glass panes and 6mm thick A.C.P sheet complete with all hardware, fittings and accessories. (g) Finishing- Walls shall be treated with anti-fungal water proof paint over cement primer coat; steel members with synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer. (h) Flooring – 2' - 0" X 2' - 0" fully vitrified tiles of approved make i.e, RAK, SOMANY, KAJARIA including sand filling 4" thick, lean concrete (1:4:8) 3" thick and under floor (1:2:4) 2" thick. (i) Sanitary shall include providing /Fixing of 1 No. W.C, 1 No. Urinal, 1 No. wash basin of approved make ISI Mark and 1 No. steel sink(ISI Mark) (j) Water Supply with G.I Pipes & C.P. brass bib cocks/angle valves etc, staged water storage tank 500 ltrs including all fittings (Sintex, Star, Lotus or equivalent having valid I.S.I licence) (k) Electrification with 16 ampere/5 ampere/32 ampere switches and sockets (Anchor/SSK/Havels), LED lights and tube lights as per requirement. (l) Construction of septic tank of brick masonry. R.C.C slab with 2 Nos. manhole covers 60 X60 cm (Tank size 4' X 6' X 5'-0") alongwith dry brick masonry soakage pit of 1.2m dia covered with R.C.C slab. Note :- The complete job shall include all carriages, upto work sites; finished area of prefabricated structure shall be measured for payment. (All site clearance after work)

Earth work in excavation over area (exceeding 30 cm) in depth as well as 10 mm explace industrial disposal of excavated earth and lift upto 1.5mtr, disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed for a lead of 25 mtrs

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering for all works upto plinth level (1:2:4)
