M&L for removal of damaged portion and pop out broken corners, pot holes and developed cracks of rigid concrete surface incl cutting out concrete with concrete cutting machine, chiseling of concrete to shape as per site requirment upto 50mm depth, removing loose scrapped material to distance of 100 m away from the runway or dispersal edge, cleaning the surface, removing dust dirt with compressed air pressure, and priming the surface with epoxy resin based primer for concrete surface with nito prime -25 primer (Fosroc) as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high strength epoxy concrete Fosroc (expocrete EC) filling for area prepared under item no.1 above, High strength epoxy based concrete shall be prepared by mixing 27.5 Kg expocrete EC with 30 kg stone aggregate of grade n exc 10mm as per mixing ration of epoxy by weight in Kg Base (B) , Hardner (H), Fine filler (FF), coarse aggregate (CA) are (4.537:2.145:20.818:30) and material shall be weighted accurately in the specified proportions. the epoxy concrete shall be applied in the prepared groove within 45 mins of application of resin primer or as approved by engr in charge or as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete on runway dispersal and applying one coat of runway marking aqua based paint to existing lines dashes, arrows, letters, etc on pavement/runway and like exc 10 cm wide, white, golden yellow , grey complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated bituminous surfaces by cleaning all dust, dirt etc, with wire brushes, watering and drying the surfaces by fanning with gunny bags etc and applying one coat of aqua based runway marking paint of approved make and white colour complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling of "Distance To Go Marker: (DTGM) sign board, triangle shaped of size 122cm x150cm made up of fibre sheet complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F "Distance To Go Marker" (DTGM) sign board, triangular shape 122cmx150cm sign board, with fibre sheets,perforted desinged marker made from litra-violet resitant exterior grade FGRP material bonded with chemical epoxy having ribs anti-terminate coated wodenin cubs at the top centre and bottom horizomtally 50x20mm size and vetrical 25x20mm size, (letters and figures to be mesured in item no.08) complete all as specified and as per Cat part No 10-03 DTGMFG 122x150 Make : Greenlite or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair "Distance To Go Marker" (DTGM) sign board, 122cmx150cm sign board, with fibre sheets,perforted desinged marker made from litra-violet resitant exterior grade FGRP material bonded with chemical epoxy ( letters and figures to be mesured in item no.08) complete all as specified and as per Cat part No 10-03 DTGMFG 122x150 Make : Greenlite or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of letters/ figures of height exc 1000mm and not exceeding 1200mm with retro reflective self adhesive red/yellow colour tape all as specfied and directed including taking out unserviceable letters / figures of any description.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls

S&F 50mm width of retro reflective self adhesive red/yellow colour tape all as specfied and directed

M&L second class hardwood of clean sawn timber fixed in repairs to replace old and decayed timber to remove old portion complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete article and precast concrete walling, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc,

M&L providing precast cement concrete Type A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs, sinkers, similar articles with plain faces,set in cm 1:4.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.
