Disconnecting, servicing and cleaning electrically operated FCUs of capacity 3000/ 4500 /6000 Kcal/hr from thermic fluid line complete and keeping aside for de-scaling/decarbonising , cleaning in all respect with suitable solution / solvent , checking all pipes leakage (inlet and outlet of FCUs) and brazing the punchered pipe where required, cleaning of Y-strainer and reassembling and testing of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of of Fan coil unit of cap 6000 KCal/Hr, PCB controlled with 3 Rows Deep copper coil in 3/8" construction including 12 mm thick pre - filter, DIDW Centrifugal blower with single phase direct driven motor including taking down old userviceable Fan coil unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out air space heater of capacity 60000/200000 K Cal/Hr, disconnecting electrically, repair of air space heater by replacement of under mentioned spare parts and cleaning of burner chamber form inside, including servicing of burners of any make/any type complete if required all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :i) Spares parts will be measured and paid under Sch Item No. 4.01 to 4.06 ii) Rate for labour and T&P required for supply only items are deemed to be included in above quoted rate.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Deep Freezers of any description, any make and in any position, capacity 310 Lts/320 ltrs/400 ltrs, including water connections, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the Deep Freezer with using suitable solution, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective wiring & damaged/un-serviceable parts, replacement of the unserviceable and defective parts, necessary brazing, reassembling Deep Freezer and testing of the Deep Freezer complete as all specified and directed by Engineer–in–charge. NOTE(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item(ii) Charging of gas to make up required pressure, if any, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' item 06 to 10. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item (ii) Charging of gas to make up required pressure, if any, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' item 06 to 10. S & F in replacement for compressor of 310 / 400 ltr Deep freezer including necessary brazing work as required including re assembling and testing complete all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

S & F in replacement for over load relay of 310 / 400 ltr deep freezer all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

S & F in replacement for Thermostate switch of 310 / 400 ltr deep freezer all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

M & L for refilling of R-22 gas of 310 / 400 ltr deep freezer including necessary arrangement for gas filling as per site requirement

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Refrigerators of any description, any make and in any position, capacity 165 ltr to 320 ltr, single phase, 50 Hz, opening, cleaning and servicing of the refrigerator with using suitable solution, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective wiring & damaged/un-serviceable parts, replacement of the unserviceable and defective parts, necessary brazing if required, reassembling refrigerator and testing complete as all specified and directed by Engineer–in–charge.NOTE(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item (ii) Replacement of unserviceable / damaged body portions of the Refrigerator shall also be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as supply only but fixing/assembling element of new / repaired body parts with existing parts is deemed to be included under this item . (iii) Burnt out windings and internal wiring, if any, replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding & supply only of internal wiring kit (iv) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of Refrigerator to workshop if required as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs and testing of Refrigerator at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bots/ washers/ packing etc with new one if required (v) Charging of gas to make up required pressure, if any, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' under item 10.01 to 10.06. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item

S & F in replacement of compressor inverter type for refrigerator of capacity 280/320 Ltrs including necessary brazing work as required including reassembling and all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

S & F in replacement of Thermostate switch for refrigerator of capacity 160/320 Ltrs all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

S & F in replacement of overload relay for refrigerator of capacity 160/280/320 Ltrs all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge

M & L for refilling of R22/ R-134a/ R-32 or gas as per site for refrigerator of capacity 165/320 Ltrs including necessary arrangement for gas filling all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of compressor sealed unit for refrigerator of capacity 165ltr/210ltr including re assembling and testing compete for the all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Capilary tube for refrigerator of capacity 165 / 210/280/320 ltr including re assembling and testing compete for the all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrical heat pillar of capacity 2KW/3KW/4KW and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and unserviceable burnt connection wires to make it fully serviceable and reassembling the same after repair and testing complete all specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured for and paid separately under relevant items as in below 11.01 to 11.04, Cost of internal wiring shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates

Taking down carefully Hot water dispensor of capacity 20 ltr of any make for carry out the repairs of unserviceable parts i.e bushes bearing, heating coil of capacity 1KW unserviceable burnt cable and other parts to make it fully serviceable and reassembling the same after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer of any description and in any position & strip opening of Voltage Stabilizer of 2 KVA to 5 KVA single phase, air cooled, taking out unserviceable/defective wiring & parts if required, cleaning and servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable parts if required with new one and unserviceable wiring with new PVC insulated and unseathed stranded copper conductor cable of existing size if required, reassembling ,connecting and testing including cleaning the exposed surfaces of stabilizers all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares parts will be measured and paid under relevant item of Sch

Rewinding of voltage stablizer of capacity 2KVA to 5 KVA single phase with standard copper enamel wire and making connections (internal) including replacement of control card if required of voltage stabilizer PCB sensor, ICs and relays etc and testing the stablizer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for shifting of existing window/Split AC of any type and any capacity as per site requirement within the AF complex all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the functional/Non Functional Air conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position, 1.5 TR capacity Capacity, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution or suitable solution, reassembling and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in–charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type AC 1.5/2/2.5 TR of any description any capacity, any make and in any position, both indoor and outdoor unit single/three phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note for Item 20 & 21:-(i) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of AC to workshop/site as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary servicing and replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bots/ washers/ packing etc with new one as required (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of schedule 'A' .(iii) Spare parts required to make AC serviceable will be paid separetly under Sch a Item from 21.01 to 21.15

Taking down and dismantling the gyser for servicing and replacement of defective parts of geysers of any capacity by unscrewing the nuts from the mounting bolts and disconnection of electric and water connection of gyser including transportation the same to workshop and reinstallation/Reassembling complete of geysers after repair. NOTE(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ item 23.01 to 24.10 and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Minor parts such as nuts and bolts reqd for fixing inner tank is deemed to be included under this item.
