Material & labour for 100 mm dia cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) diameter of outlet in 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment incl PCC of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, any capacity of tank setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned and washed concrete surfaces and like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with no woven polyester mat of weight not less than 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polythylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/ polyester, Non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm over the geo textile fabric (An overlap of 100mm at end & 75mm shall be provided on sides ends respectively) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. . The membrane shall be inserted in the wall at the height of 800 mm by cutting groove in the wall finished by membrane flashing.

Material & labour for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total weight of cement in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measuerd separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 100mm thick type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick sand under the interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block With Grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete tiles 30Cm X 30 Cm X22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
