Material & Labour in repairs for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats, ladders and back plates fabricated from MS structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

M&L diamantling,opening of automatic voltage stabilizer 200 KVA rating (300-480 Volts), out put 415 V incl disconnecting electric connection complete.

M&L for repairs taking up deemer assembly complete by carefully by manual chain pulley block and replaceemnt of burnt wiinding coil with existing size and gauge of copper winding wire inclduing transportation charges from site to work shop and back complete.

M&L for replacment of motor assembly for moving of 20 Kg load.

M&L for replacement of carbon brush (03 sets of 03 Nos each)

M&L for repair of internal wiring and servicing complete.

M&L for in repairs Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade incl sand filling incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolotion of PCC in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.

M&L for broken stone boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface incl demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

Taking up existing DI Pipe sewage water pumping system line 80 to 150 mm bore incl fittings and relaying, jointing and testing of same in to trenches in position after cleaning and removal of scale/blockage complete for the following sizes (Note - Earth work, Lead joint and rubber tyton joints shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items) :-

Material and labour for DI specials of any size such as tees, bends of any size and radius, tapers, collers, tail pieces, caps and plugs etc incl takinng down unsv complete all as specified.

M&L for Rubber Gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) with jointing material for DI pipe of 80 to 150 mm bore incl taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 1991(Part-I) including testing on completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone without extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

S & F earth continuity conuctor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chess or buried in ground drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to the pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6 mm dia galvanised iron strip all as per specified and directed.
