Construction of Boundary wall and Development of Lawn

Excavation in Trenches/foundation for septic tanks, pipes, sewers, storm water drains, footings etc in all soils except soft and hard rock at all depths from average ground level including dewatering if necessary, dressing bottom to required level, profile/slope, clearing of all the areas involving excavation of all grass,rank vegetation, shrubs,bushes,cutting of trees upto 300mm grith measured at 1.0 mtr above ground level disposing the soil within a distance of 50m, complete as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Portland Slag Cement conforming to conforming to IS 455 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Coramandal, KCP, JSW ) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but incluing Formwork, for mudmat, plinth protection, storm water drains, coping etc. complete as specified and directed.

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/ pedestals and plinth at and at all depths/heights below and above plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed sand all in complete complete as specified and directed.

Brick work using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at all height and depths with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP, JSW , CHETTINADU ) : 6 crushed Sand} including raking out joints and simultaneously pointing the joints with the same mortar, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 18mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with base coat in Cement Mortar 1:5 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP, JSW , CHETTINADU ) : 5 River Sand} 6mm thick and finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand} 6mm thick final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Painting with 3 coats ( including a coat of cement primer of approved make) of antifungal Acrylic emulsion paint having 100% acrylic with silicon additives of Asian paints (Ultima) or equivalent quality paint from /Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc., including scaffolding, preparing the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering, necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Steel work (Hot finished seamless type tubes) in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of readymade Turfing grass , Cost including material, Transport & all in complete with suitable border plant, cost includes manpowerr material, tools & tackles etc all in complete as directed by EIC

Supplying and stacking at site good variety red earth / Clay fine material for gardening purpose free from clods, stones, bushes, roots, rubbish and vegetation etc., bought from outside in required quantity for use for mixing in pits as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for voids for the purpose of payment)

Supplying and stacking at site well decomposed cow dung manure for gardening purpose, free from vegetation, rubbish etc., bought from outside including screening, if required complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for voids for the purpose of payment)
