Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIFICATION IS NOT ENTERED IN E-PROC PORTAL DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINT, THE BIDDER SHALL QUOTE AS PER SPECIFICATION OF ITEMS

For any queries / clarifications on technical specifications, the bidder shall contact 09480682892. ii)Tender validity shall be 180 days from the date of Bid opening. iii) EMD amount shall be deposited through e-portal only & the amount is mentioned in e-portal platform. iv) Tenders must be electronically submitted (online through internet) within the date and time published in e-portal. v)Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all statutory components such as GST, P&F, F&I charges etc.,upto Destination i.e. landing cost

SCOPE OF SUPPLY - Supply of Spares/Equipment as per the Specification indicated in the schedule to Stores of Yeramarus Thermal Power Station within the delivery period to be stipulated in the order from RPCL, as per procedure indicated in the tender. The product offered shall strictly conform to the specifications of the tender SCHEDULE

TENDER EVALUATION: RPCL will reserve the right for evaluation. Item wise/horizontal evaluation will be done. The quoted amount in e-portal platform must be on FOR- Destination basis, inclusive of Basic cost, P&F, F&I and GST

Please note that even though there is provision for entering GST in separate column in e-portal -KPPP, the system will not load that amount to Unit rate. Hence it is the responsibility of the bidder to quote total amount including taxes & duties. Please note that extra claim on GST, P&F, F&I etc any deviation in terms & conditions will not be considered. RPCL WILL NOT ADD GST OVER E-PORTAL QUOTED RATE. Post bid correspondence is not acceptable.

L1 agency shall supply the materials as per tender condition, even if the agency is L1 for one item

DEVIATION IN TERMS OF PRICE VALIDITY, MAKE, PAYMENT TERM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, SUCH TENDERS ARE LIABLE FOR REJECTION. ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE MADE AS 100% PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AFTER RECEIPT & ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIALS AT SITE

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall have minimum three (3) years experience in Design, Manufacture and supply of High pressure steam line valves of Class 3000SPL & above and shall have successfully supplied HP valves of class 3000SPL & above in IBR certified Form-III C to any of 500/800 MW capacity to any State / Central Thermal Power Station/any PSU. In proof of the same, the bidder shall upload Purchase order copies (not more than two) of order value of Rs. 7.96 lakhs & above and its corresponding performance certificate.

Capabilities of Vendor

The Bidder shall be an IBR approved valves manufacturer of 3000SPL class & above and shall furnish Manufacturing Certificate in this regard. Copy of valid IBR certificate issued by Director of Boilers shall also be furnished for 3000SPL class and above valves as a proof

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs. 15.91 lakhs in at least two financial years in the preceding five financial years i.e., 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22, 2020-21 & 2019-20. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Profit & Loss statement/Balance sheet/Annual turnover certificate duly certified by a chartered accountant.
