Construction of 4 nos D type staff quarters at CHC Bantala

Part-1 Civil Work Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works Latest Revision & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in all kind of soil including dressing and leveling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site within 50mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Upto 1.5 Mtr Depth

From 1.5 Mtr upto 3.0 Mtr Depth

Disposal of building rubbish / malba /rock/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all lifts involved.etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering, ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Cement concrete of propertion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary using Fly Ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar of (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling champhering and similar such type of work watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work.

RCC work of M-20 in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills.(In all Floors)
