PART-I :-PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS

20 H.P. Electro Motor Pump set having capacity of 200 m³/hr discharge at 18 meter total head. The Motor shall be designed for operation at 415 V (+10%), 3 Phase, 50 Cycles per sec. (± 5%), A.C. Supply 1500 r.p.m. The Motor shall be TEFC, ISI marked as per IS 325/1996 with latest amendments thereof. The Motor and Pump set (Monoblock) (as per IS 14285:1995) and mounted on a common fabricated M.S. Baseframe. Centrifugal pump shall confirm to IS: 6595(Part-I)/2002 and motor to 15-12615:2011with latest amendments thereof and must have ISI certification mark.

200A Heavy duty rewireable Switch Fuse Units with fuse base and carrier, shall comply with and be tested by CPRI/ERDA/BIS lab tested as per latest IS: 10027-2000 and IS/IEC 60947-3

63A Heavy duty rewireable Switch Fuse Units with fuse base and carrier, shall comply with and be tested as per latest IS: 10027-2000 and IS/IEC 60947-3, marked with standard ISI certification mark.

20 HP 3Phase electromagnatic Star Delta motor controllers with 4 pole heavy duty power contactor single phasing preventer and normal protective features, MCB (Indicator, puh button, Ammeter & voltmeter, all in IP 54 encloer of min 16wg, CR sheet , 10 tank process powder coat painting and as per technical specification)

415 Volt, 200Amps Busbar Chamber, IS 60947200 Amps, 500Volts bus bar Unit conforming to latest IS 8623:1993 & IS/IEC: 60947, with detachable front cover and undrilled detachable/integrated end plates with 2nos inlet holes of 1.5" size and 4 way/6way outlets, suitable for mounting on wall and designed for uninterrupted duties. The enclosure should be of adequate size to provide minimum clearance as mentioned in technical specification to accommodate 4 nos copper bar with at least 6 nos tap off points of 6mm dia at 30mm apart supplied with requisite brass / S.S nuts & bolts equivalent tobore size with spring / Belleville washers.including arrangement of double earthling by 10 SWG GI wires .

Part-II: CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSE

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(a) Pakur variety

Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(a) Pakur variety

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups,binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto 4m. Tor steel/Mild steel ( Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL) i)For foundation Blocks of Water Distribution System

Brick work in cement mortar (1 : 6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete. a) In foundation & plinth.

b) In superstructure ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor. a) 15 mm thick with 1:6 cement mortar.

b) 20 mm thick with 1:6 cement mortar.

c) 10 mm thick with 1:4 cement mortar.

25 mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete with stone chips (1:1.5:3) [with graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size] and admixture of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification followed by two coat of polymer based paint, (1st coat after 4 to 5 days of concrete laying and 2 nd coat just before brick masonry work) as directed (cost of water proofing compound & polymer based paint to be paid separately).( Chequering not required over concrete or painted surface). [Note: - Water proofing as per item 9, polymer based paint as per item 8 (a) of subhead C of Section (C).

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor.3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement).Using grey cement(ii) 25 mm. thick

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.

M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.(ii) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above.

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete . Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 150 mm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. Two coats (super gloss hi- gloss except white)

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly (5 parts of stone lime and 1 part of shell lime should be used in finishing coat) all floor. (a) Three coats

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification.ii) b) Two coats

Suppling 1 mtr x 0.6 m x 24 swg MS board contaning list of spout wise water users by making numbers of spout as directed by EIC. The board should have base colour - Black and words - White to be fitted and fixed on the wall of the pump house.

Pipe protection (1 mtr) long to be fitted with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above the ground level driven to an average depth of 3.56 mtr. Installation of Electro motor pumping set of any make- brand and for RLI scheme on pump foundation over SAL sleeper(to be sublied departmentally) by supllying and fixing nuts and bolts and making connection of suction hose and foot valve with necessary fitting at the enlet end of the water pump and fitting fixing of 90 degree MS priming bend Sluice valve and delevery hose with all necessary fitting at the deevery end of the water pump, duly connected with pipe line maintainig proper allingment and level including cutting holes on the wall and pump base of the pump house where necessary, mainding good damages after complition of the works as per direction of Engineer -In -Charge.(Pump Set and all accessaries will be suplied departmenatally (a) For Major RLi schemes.

Insulation testing of internal wiring of Pump House/Kiosk Box including wiring of electric Motor & other ancilary equipments by means of Megger.

e)Supplying & fitting fixing and interconnecting the 6KVA Capacitor JAVIC/KELTRON from bus bar by loop wiring with 660 Volt grade

Supply and fitting, fixing etc. complete of RYB power indicator lamp.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket with 20/25A Modular switch (Brand approved by EIC) type SP MCB (C-Curve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.
