Construction of (i) RCC Framed (G+2) Hostel building with total plinth area of 2106.00 sqm including internal & external water supply, Sanitary installation, electric installation, power plug etc as per requirement, furniture and fixture as per list attached Boundary wall with 1.5 m ht wall and high Ms grill including 2.1 mm high steel gats at every 100 mtrs with brick work structure with RCC column of size 300 x 300 mm @ 3.00 mtrs centre to centre and RCC Plinth beam of size 300 x 300 mm at ground level and copying in for 306.00 mtr length, (ii) RCC framed (G+1) School Building with total plinth area of 1259.68 sqm including internal and external water supply, Sanitation Installation, electrical installation, power plugs etc as per requirement, furniture and fixture as per list attached and (iii) RCC framed Type-II building of 2 unit of total plinth area of 98.00 sqm including internal and external water supply, Sanitation installation, electrical installation as per requirement and furniture as per yard attached as per CPWD specification attached with PAR'2024 for school/hostel/residential building and relevent IS codes suitable based on detailed sub-soil investigation and detailed design and drawing form registered consultants and to be proof checked by reputed Engineering Collage or IIT on turnkey basis.
