REPAIR TO TOILET, BATHROOM AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NORTH CAMP, SOUTH CAMP, EAST CAMP AND WEST CAMP AT MFFR UNDER AGE(I) MFFR

Taking down old rested and damaged steel window/ventilator including guard bars where exist of size not exceeding 1.50 Sqmtr each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel ventilators with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting to new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, priming with red oxide zinc chrome primer (one coat) and finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or desc.)from wooden frames or stone conc. or brick surrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads alnd S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exe 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3.0mm thick Sheet glass , ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in sub floor to floor fininshed the surface even and fair to receive tile topping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ hard standing surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection/hard standing shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).
