Dismantling old / damaged doors and windows and stacking serviceable materials as Directed by EIC or his authorized representative and disposing the unserviceable materials within a lead of 50 m from the site including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and fixing wood work of superior hard wood (Cat-II) in frames of doors, windows and other wrought frames, fixed in position, including cost of timber, all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 40mm Thick Superior Hard Wood (Cat-II) paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clestory windows including black enameled Aluminum Butt Hinge 10 Cm with necessary screws excluding paneling which will be paid separately but including cost of all materials transportation charges, all labour charges minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and fixing paneling or paneling and Superior Hard wood (Cat-IIA) in paneled or paneled and SHW shutter doors, windows and clestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portions inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Fixing of Glass pan 4 mm thick and of any sizes with wooden beading of size 1cmx1cm including cost of all materials, transportation charges of all materials from Port Blair to Hope Town all labour charges and minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and laying CC 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 Pulvarised Stone sand and stone chips of 20 mm size) in all CC works per the direction of Enginer in cgarges incuding, but including cost of crushed stone sand and stone chips of 20 mm graded size, screening and washing of both the aggregates mixing of concrete & placing in position, compacting with vibrator, curing, transportation charges of all materials to works site hire dharges of mixer machine and vibrator all labour charges, cost of minor tools and plants etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 12 mm thick in 1:4 (one cement, four mainland sand) cement mortar as directed by the Engineer In Charge, Including cost of cement, cost of main land sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials in work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. Complete.

Providing and laying CC M20 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size mainland aggregate (one cement one and half curshed stone sand, and three stone chips of size 20mm graded) in all CC works as directed by the Engineer In Charge, including cost of cement, cost of mainland stone chips and sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator during all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Painting with two or more coats with Ist quality antifungal exterior plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer (Berger/Asian/Nerolac) as heavily undercoated texture of old surface to give an even shade, preparation of surface including cleaning of the existing painted surface, including the cost of paint, brush cost of other materials, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site and cost of minor tools etc. complete. (Before applying prior approval of EIC must be taken). The rates are inclusive of consumable items, GST & Labour Welfare Cess etc., complete.

Supply of Unskilled labour for washing and cleaning office toilet at Hope town ALHW office and for attending other misc works at Hope Town colony area including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete. (For 03 Nos. Toilet block)

a) Un-Skilled Mazdoor

Jungle cleaning dressing, cutting, wherever necessary as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Cleaning the inspection chamber including removal of the manhole cover slab and re-placing the same after cleaning the chamber including cost of all labour charges minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Painting two coats with anti corrosive paint over the steel nsurface making scrapping clenning and painting as directed by the EIC ,including cost of paint ,brush cost of transportation charges of all materials to worksite all labour charges and minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.
