The bidder shall have a minimum experience of 05 (Five) years in the field of manufacturing of material/equipment specified in the present enquiry. Bidders shall have to upload the supporting Documents such as Purchase order copies /order completion certificates/ performance certificates
The bidder should be original manufacturer or authorized Agent/dealer of the original manufacturer of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry. The bidder shall upload proof such as license issued by any government statutory authority in this regard. The authorized Agent/Dealer should furnish a letter from their manufacturer certifying that they are the authorized dealer of the manufacturer. The authorised dealer/agent of the manufacturer shall furnish legally enforceable deed of undertaking in non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 200/- to guarantee quality, timely supply and performance and warranty obligations as specified in the contract.
The bidder should have manufactured/supplied at least 50% of tendered quantity of Battery Charger of each rating or higher rating is also allowed as specified in the present enquiry to state/central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities/PSUs/State /Central government offices. The Bidder shall also furnish performance certificate of at least 50% or higher rating of Battery Charger specified in the present enquiry issued by state owned Electricity utilities /Generating utilities only, and issuing officer shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Division Head. The performance certificate shall be indicating the capacity of the equipment, make, name of the sub-Division where it is installed, date of commissioning etc., in order to show that tendered materials/equipments of this bid were in successful operation for at least TWO years as on the date of bid opening. (Bidders shall have to upload the supporting Documents such as purchase order copies/order completion certificates/performance certificates).
The bidder should have Goods and Service Tax (GST) Registration and shall upload the necessary supporting documents to establish compliance for having GST registration.
The Bidder shall furnish Valid Type Test Certificate not older than five (05) years as on the date of bid opening for having conducted successful type test at a CPRI/ERDA Laboratory on tendered material/equipment specified in the present enquiry as per the relevant IS/IEC standards. In case valid type test reports issued by CPRI/ERDA laboratory not older than 5 years, are not available or if there is change in design that has been type tested at CPRI/ERDA laboratory, the bidder shall give an self-declaration for undertaking that, agreeing to conduct the type tests at CPRI/ERDA Laboratory as specified in the Technical specifications at your cost and no extra cost to KPTCL, without affecting the delivery schedules. If order is placed on the firm same may be furnished at the time of inspection of equipment/material. Bidders shall have to upload the type test certificates for all the type tests conducted as per the relevant IS/IEC standards
The Bidder must be registered under Indian Company Act/1956 Indian Factories Act/1948 any relevant Indian Laws, whichever is applicable. In support, Certificate of Incorporation, GST registration certificates with GSTIN number and ISO certificate shall be furnished
The bidder should not have been disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years and bidder shall furnish a self-declaration to this effect failing which the offer is liable to be rejected
The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any State/Central Generating/ Transmission Utility/ PSUs as on the date of bid submission. The bidder shall upload a declaration in this regard and non-furnishing of the declaration will result in rejection of the Bid
In part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the Techno-commercial sheets or Techno-commercial Bid of the Bidder then, the offer of the Bidder will be rejected
The bidder should provide a letter of undertaking for undertaking is in consideration of KPTCL agreeing to open the Bid and consider and evaluate the same for the purpose of award of work in terms of provisions of clause entitled Award of Contract Section ITB, conditions of contract in the bid documents. (ANNEXURE-E in annexures enclosed)
The tenderer should produce the Power of attorney on stamp paper of Rs 500/-. Copies of original documents defining the constitution or Legel status, place of Registration and Principal place of Business of the Bidder, written Power of Attorney to the Signatory of the Bid to commit the bidder to the contract along with the resolution passed in this regard by the Board of Directors/ all the Partners of the Firm
The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any party or JV may result in rejection of bid. Bidders are requested to furnish the self declaration stating the above and upload the same along with the other documents in the relevant field in the KPPP portal, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.
A certificate is required to be uploaded by the Bidder regarding restriction on procurement from a Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India in the format as specified in the clause No.1.5 of Annexure - XVII of the Tender document
Certificate is to be uploaded by the Bidder agreeing to source the equipment/material for the work from the approved Vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a country which shares a land border with India as specified in Annexure - XVIII of the tender document
Risk & Cost: The offer of the bidder or his Consortium partner is liable for rejection. Bidder shall furnish self-declaration stating that no such actions against the bidder have been taken by KPTCL and upload the same along with other documents in relevant field in the kppp portal failing which the offer is liable to be rejected
Financial capability corresponding to the bidders highest Annual Turnover of the best three year out of previous five Financial Years shall not be less than 50% of amount put to tender. The bidder shall upload audited annual financial statements such as profit & Loss statement. Balance sheet for previous 5 years duly certified by a chartered Accountant. (The copies of the profit and loss A/c balance sheets which could not be read are liable for rejection)
