Taking down existing unserviceable package unit capacity 3 x 5.5 TR including all components like package unit, cooling tower, motor, LT Panel, cable, foundation of all equipment, supply / return air duct, piple line network, water storage tank, diffuser etc and deposited into AGE E/M Store yard complete including removing of false ceiling for removal of Air duct and re-fixing properly after installation of duct and diffuser. Note : Any damaged false ceiling shall be replaced free of cost to match the existing surface of false ceiling.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled Floor mounted packaged Air Conditioner capacity not less than 11 TR (1,32000 BTU/Hr) air flow not less than 4400 CFM, copper cooling coil with aluminium slit fins fitted, Hermatically sealed Scroll compressor working of R-410A refrigerant, water cooled shell and tube type condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, Direct expansion evaporator coil, all controls and Microprocessor based controllers with LCD Display and all other accessories required for efficient working of package unit including PCC foundation work as per OEM instruction, condensate water drain pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of high performance air foil class 1A leakage rated GI volume control damper having galvanised steel hat channel frame reinforced with corner braces, galvanised steel airfoil shaped blades (double skin construction) of 18 gauge thicknes, neoprene blade edge seals, flexible metal compressible jamb seals, stainless steel sleeve, linkage concealed in frame, etc. tested as per AMCA Standard 500-D-98 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for square / rectangular / round neck of size not less than 450 mm X 450 mm rectangular neck 4-way discharge ceiling return diffuser having neck velocity ≤ 600 ft/min, throw ≥ 19' @ 150 ft/min velocity NC ≤ 26 for air flow ≥ 1057 ft3/min ceiling return diffuser for fixed, horizontal discharge pattern consisting of an outer frame assembly with a square / rectangular inlet being an integral part thereoff, an inner core assembly consisting of fixed deflection louvers, throw reducing vanes, anodic acrylic paint finish, etc. and tested as per ANSI / ASHRAE standard 170-1991 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for CBRI certified 16-gauge GI fire damper ( Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position.) , at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermistor, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated cross overs (shafts, walls, etc.) along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset may easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire / smoke in the respective zone and tested as per UL-555 complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. The fire dampers shall meet the following criteriaon:- [i] Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve [ii] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. [iii] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the LCD fire damper controller. [iv] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer.

Supply, installation, test and commissioning of 10mm thick accoustic insulation inside the duct with engineered nitrile rubber open cell foam with density 140-180 kg / cum and class - I fire performance and with antimicrobial as per ASTM E 21 using manufacturer's recommended rubber based adhesive in a solvents complete all as specified and directed.
