M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the semi underground water sumps/OHT RCC Tanks/Under ground Sumps through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: Rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Note (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 . NOTE:-(i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALES AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE PROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. M&L for preparation of old surfaces of GI/DI/CI pipes of 80/100/150mm diameter, at any location and at any height attached with Over head tanks/ UG sumps and spray painting using synthetic enamel paint of first quality of any tint as ordered and writing letters over the surface of pipe viz., "Supply line/Rising mains/Wash out pipe/Over flow pipe" of suitable on each pipe with white colour synthetic enamel paint including provision of new bolts, nuts and washers of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as gates, grills, gratings, etc., ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete and made out of suitable size MS angle iron/BMB/Flat iron, clamps, buts, bolt etc fixed by welding cutting as required as per Fe-410, including taking down of old wrought iron or mild steel structures of any size all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc 10 cm width with solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified

M & L for cement concrete in coping type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) Before quoting the contractor should visit the site. (b) Removed silt/mud has to be dumped at low laying un manned area as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
