Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Advance patchwork to an average thickness upto 50mm using premixed 45mm IRC size HBG crusher chips/metal over the existing BT surface using 44kg of Bitumen of 60/70 grade per one cum including cost and conveyance of chips/metal from approved sources to work site and stacking them to departmental metric gauge for premeasurement including cost of Bitumen and all taxes payable, which will be supplied by department as specified in the special condition appended including cost and conveyance of 60/70 grade bitumen to work site and all incidental charges such as storage, handling charges etc, including heating the Bitumen for Premixing all labour charges and T & P charges for patching the surface and all other incidental charges etc complete as per M.O.R.T.H specification No 501.

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface(treated with primer) using 3Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory Signs with Definition Plate made out of High Intensity Grade Prismatic Sheeting conforming to IRC-67:2010 & ASTM D 4956-09,Type IV Specification and Fixed over 1.5 mm thick Aluminium Sheet Fixed on back support Frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm below Ground Level etc Complete including 7 years warranty for the Retro Reflective Sheeting as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2010 Specification (as per MORT & Spec. No. 801)
