Fixing Granite tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1(1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Fixing Ceramic tiles in wall tiles skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of U.P.V.C Door & Window etc. all complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm C* 0.90mtr. C!C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect etc. all complete.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of caffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Priming 1 coat with any approved primer (wood) including cost of primer etc. complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade excluding cost of paint.

Supplying fitting & fixing of Precoated Galvanized iron Profile sheet semi gloss of 1000mm width & total coated thickness 0.50mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties etc. complete including cost of sheet & all fitting (per 1 Sq. Mtr.)

Supply of Aluminium coloured Ridge for fixing at middle of roofing etc complete.
