Material and labour for testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 Volt LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) All T&P and other accessories required for checking and finding of fault in cable shall be provided by the Contractor (ii) Charges/rent of the fault locating mobile machine, operator, engineer, electricians etc shall be deemed to included rate quoted by Contractor. (iii) Checking and finding fault upto 05 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one Job.

Supply and fix in repair Heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm. (NOTE : (i) Pipes shall be laid minimum 60 cm below/under existing road surfaces/ apron /floors etc). (ii) Equipment, tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, 100 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving/protection of cable etc fixed on pole / wall etc. with and including suitable size of MS clamp and nut, bolt, washer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Contactor of type MU-2P series (rating 16 A / 25A / 40A) suitable for existing Automatic Street light Timer Switch complete with taking down old unserviceable Contactor all as specified and as directed. Make - L&T/ Havells or equivalent in approved make.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Contactor of Freedom series, 3 pole (rating 18 A / 25A / 40A) suitable for existing Automatic Street light Timer Switch complete with taking down old unserviceable Contactor all as specified and as directed. Make - L&T/ Havells or equivalent in approved make.

Cleaning of sub station area by uprooting all types vegitation, shrubs, weeds, saplings and creepers of unwanted trees complete with the help of spade, axes, crowbars, and thereafter chemical spraying will be done and other mechanical means after taking necessary electrical shutdown from concerned incharge of various sub stns of Military Stn Kamptee.

M & L for attending emergent complaint on call basis, checking of DG Set (capactiy 20 KVA to 200 KVA ) & AMF Panel (any type and size) for detecting any kind of fault in DG Set & AMF Panel and attending the fault immediately at any time round the clock and carry out certain repair as per site requirement and checking of DG Set and AMF Panel and replacing of worn out parts of DG Set & AMF Panel by expert Engineer, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Charges for detecting the fault in DG Set/AMF Panel/Electric System are included in the quoted items rate. (b) Amount of minor repairs, nut-botls-washers, cleaning cloth, grease etc are included in the quoted items rate. (c) Repalcement of worn out major parts of DG Set/AMF Panel shall be measured and paid separately under items of schedule 'A'.

M&L for carrying out "B" check for 20 KVA to 200 KV DG set [Make : Ashok Leyland / KOEL / Mahindra / Kirloskar] as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of necessary spares and filters such as Fuel filter-02 Nos , SLO Bypass filters-02 Nos and Lub oil filters-04 Nos complete including rectification of minor defects, cleaning of air filters/ crankcase breather/Baffel type breather & coolant tank with air blower, replacement of Engine oil & coolant and tuning of engine all as specified and directed. [Notes: (i) Rate quoted shall include for all filters, topping up Engine oil, Coolant & distilled water in batteries & minor accessories like nuts, bolts, 'O' rings etc.]

Material & labour and T&P for disconnecting cable connection, shifting, installing, testing and commissioning of Diesel Generator / Transformer of any capacity from one location to other location within the defence land at Mil Stn Kamptee / Nagpur complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of materials required for connecting, commissioning and testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for Diesel Generator Set platform of size 4.0 m x 2.25 m x 0.70 m height comprising of PCC 1:2:4 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm gradred crushed stone aggregate in foundation, providing 150mm thick hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm and 150mm thick RCC slab M-25 grade (Nominal Mix) on top reinforced with 12mm dia TMT bars and finishing top surface with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (excavation and earth work and PCC shall be Included in quoted rate).

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation work / plinth / hardstanding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) for coping of pole foundation, formwork etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator made out of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of size 60cm x 15cm x 5cm thick grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 pillar fo size 30 x 30 x 45 cm in ground with and including necessary foam work and making on board 1100 Volt LT Cable with arrow indicating cable path (marking shall be engraved and colour painted), complete all as specified and directed.
