   Firm should have satisfactory past performance of supplying same or similar item to any Railway. Relevant documents i.e. copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R-Note, CRAC, CRN in support of the same to be uploaded/attached. Railway reserves the right to check tenderers' past performance in IREPS, hence if any Firm fails to upload credential, it would be checked in IREPS and evaluation will be done accordingly and if no credential is found so far then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard.

   a] Firm should invariably comply each and every parameter of the tender specification as per the given format enclosed in Annexure- "A"/annexure/Tender description to this tender and upload/attach the same. b] Tenderer must specify their offered Make/Brand and Model otherwise their offer will summarily be rejected. c] Firm should upload/attach catalogue/drawing & specification of their offered product, if any. d] Tenderer other than manufacturer should attach/upload tender specific authorization/valid dealership certificate issued by manufacturer along with their offer failing of which offer of the firm will not be considered as a valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored. No back reference will be made in this regard. Firm should note that, if they failed to attach/upload any of the documents mentioned in Sl. No. a, b, c and d above (as per applicability), then their offer will not be considered as a valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored. No back reference shall be made in this regard on either side.
