INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material and Labour for RCC septic tank for 100 user complete all as specified and shown on drgs No CESZ/TD-34/ST/2019 Sheet 1/1 including necessary excavation and earth work.

Material and Labour for Soakage wells , of size 1.8 M dia x 4.5m effective depth complete all as specified and shown on Drgs incld excavation and earth work .

Material and Labour for cast iron pipes of 150mm bore Class 'A' with spigot and socket ends, vertically cast, in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Lead joints shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and Labour for bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for taking down,diversion and re-routing of cast iron pipes of 150mm bore including joints of any type suitable for the existing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for run lead joints cast iron pipes of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD / PATH / CULVERTS

Supply and fixing uni / dual / Tri-dirctionalacrylic reflectors cat eve of ABS material having size 100x100x20mm with cellular lense design alloy to continue functioning even after impact/damage occur due to traffic in white/red/yellow colour fixed with semi hot melt bitumen adhesive to road surface complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Greens / Greenlite.

Supply and fixing delinator made of iron pipe of internal die 70mm, height of 90 cm and thickness of 4mm with four strips of 2 cm width around the pipe grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 200mmx200mm x300mm including necessary excavation and removal of soil complete all as specified and directed. Make : Gogia plastics Cat part No GPD-933 or equvalent.

Material and labour for thermoplastic road marking paint material in yellow/white pattern of specified strips 3mm thick width or girth as per manufacturers instruction on black top surface of road and the like n.exc 10cm wide inclcleaning and putting in glass beads of Std size by drop method complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes 600 mm dia in PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

FENCING & GATE WORKS

Supply and fixing for 900mm die concertina coil laid over Y shape ange iron with proper securing to angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6 mm dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 & RCC cover in M-25 (Design Mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of SSR (Part-1)of 2009. all as specified.

Supplying and fixing LT out door cubical box moulded in single piece with engineering plastic one piece moulding of size 300x200x100mm, shock proof, rust proof, fire retardant with bus bar of capacity 60 Amps 2 strips aluminium bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light mounting bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm dia bore medium grade not less than 1.5 mtr long in any shape incl flat iron clamps and painting with aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED security light IP66 made up of presure dia case aliminnium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lense embedded for area/path illumination as per national lighting code (SP72:2010) by using security light of 72 watts (total input power)) , CCT-5000-5500K CRI>67, PF>0.95, rated out put lumens 3600lm, operating performace temp- 10 degree centigrade to +45 degree centigrade LED module life span 50000 burning hrs, with toughened glass, external surge and over voltage protection device upto 440V along with connection 3 core copper flexible cable of size 1 Sq mm to be provided with weather proof connector, LED module & driver IP-66 rated duly ISI marked IS:16103 part (1 & 2) 2012: , efficency 85% constant current Vtd<10% kthd<15% complete all as specified. Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in poistion, 9 mtr long and type 410 SP-31 steel tubular swaged and welded poles, IS-2731 marked with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles) pole cap/finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc complete, including painting outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat or red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excvatjion, Earth work etc to be measured & paid fof separately.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supply and laying brick common burnt sub class ‘B’ old size for protection of cable laid in trenches laid flat for underground cable all as specified. Note:-Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately.
