BED PLY TOP (FD-246) (a) Removing the existing unserviceble/broken long rail, supply and fix new first class hard wood (teak wood) long rail of size 90x35x1980mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceble/broken short rail, supply and fix new first class hard wood (teak wood) short rail of size 60x60x900mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener, provision of new stiffener first class hard wood (teak wood) all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable leg on head board side, supply and fix first class hard wood (teak wood) leg of size 60x60x660mm including french polish all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable leg on foot board side, supply and fix first class hard wood (teak wood) leg of size 60x60x500mm including french polish all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) Removing the existing unserviceable / damaged 4mm thick plywood from both side of head board frame, supply and fix new 4mm thick plywood one side teak veneered face for both sides of head board frame including provision of 12mm dia half cut round teak wood beading all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(g) All as per Sl Item No 1.006 above but for foot board frame.

(h) Removal of existing unserviceble plywood carefully, supply and fix 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of size 1830x900mm with screws all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Unit rates quoted for the above Items 1.001 to 1.007 shall be deemed to include for connected minor repairs where ever necessary and one coat of french polishing of repaired unit of bed ply wood top.

SIDE BOARD (FD-241/372) (a) Removing the existing unserviceble top, supply and fix new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board complete all as directed and specified on drawing.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceble bottom, supply and fix new bottom made out of 18/19mm thick BWR grade plywood complete all as directed and specified on drawing.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceble sides, supply and fix new side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board complete all as directed and specified on drawing. Note : Each side will be measured as one unit

(d) Removing the existing unserviceble shutters, supply and fix new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 6mm thick teak wood beading alround including brass ball spring catch all as directed and specified on drawing. Note : Each shutter will be measured as one unit

(e) Removing the existing unserviceble top drawer, supply and fix new top drawer made out of 12mm thick teak wood plank for sides back and bottom with 6mm thick plywood top teak wood plank for crates all as directed and specified on drawing.

(f) Removing the existing unserviceble drawer other than top drawer), supply and fix new drawer made out of 12mm thick teak wood plank for sides back and bottom with 6mm thick plywood all as directed and specified on drawing. Note : Each drawer will be measured as one unit

(g) Removing the existing unserviceble back, supply and fix new back made out of 6mm thick BWR grade plywood all as directed and specified on drawing.

(h)Removing the existing unserviceble hinges, supply and fix new metal coated black contineous piano type hinges upto full height of shutter all as directed and specified on drawing. Note : Each hinge will be measured as one unit

(j) Removing the existing unserviceble leg frame with legs, supply and fix first class hard wood (teak wood) leg frame with legs made out of first class hard wood (teak wood) complete all as shown on drgs. Note : Unit rate quoted for all the above items shall be deemed to include for connected minor repairs whereever necessary and one coat of french polishing of repaired side board.

TABLE DINING 6 PERSONS (FD-239/273) Dismantling the unserviceable furniture parts for the following, supply and fix with new parts made out of first class hard wood (teak wood) all joints to be fixed with bamboo pins wooden screws where required, after completion of repairs, scrapping the old polish, filling the cracks, joints and uneven surfaces with wax, applying two coats of french polish to complete item as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Removal of existing unserviceable back plywood, provision of new plywood 6 mm thick BWR grade all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) Removal of existing unserviceable broken legs, provision of new legs of first class hard wood (teak wood) top 50mm x 25mm bottom and 100mm height all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD-31/230/379) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable broken mirror, supply and fix new mirror of 5.5mm of thick size of 760x380mm complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable frame of mirror, supply and fix new frame made out of first class hard wood (teak wood) and replace worn out of 6 mm thick plywood BWR grade back complete all as specified and shwon on drawings.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable top and bottom of table dressing gents, supply and fix new top and bottom of table dressing gents made out 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood beading all round including polishing and all as specified and shown on drawings.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable table drawer, supply and fix new drawer made out of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board for front, 12mm thick first class hard wood (teak wood) planks for sides and 6mm thick plywood for bottom complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

(e) Removing the worn out plywood, supply and fix plywood BWR grade 6mm thick backing of table frame including tightening of loose components if any wooden screws complete as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted for all the above items shall be deemed to include for connected minor repairs wherever necessary and one coat of french polishing the repaired table dressing gents with mirror.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR (FD-31/230/379) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable broken mirror, supply and fix new mirror 5.5mm thick of size 1220x365mm all as specified and shown on drawings

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable frame of mirror, supply and fix new first class hard wood (teak wood) frame of size 25x18 mm and replace the worn out ply wood with 6mm plywood BWR Grade complete all as specified and shown on drawings

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable top of table dressing ladies, supply and fix new top of table dressing ladies made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood beading all round all as specified and shown on drawings.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable drawer of table dressing ladies and replacing with new drawer complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable sliding glass and replacing with new sliding glass complete all as specified and shown on drawings NOTE:- Unit rate quoted for all the above items shall be deemed to include for connected minor repairs wherever necessary and one coat of french polishing the repaired table dressing gents with mirror.

LOCKER BED SIDE WOODEN (FD-54) (a) Removing the existing unserviceble top, supply and fix 19mm thick first class hard wood (teak wood) top for locker all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceble bottom, supply and fix 19mm thick first class hard wood (teak wood) bottom for locker all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceble leg frame with legs, supply and fix new Ist class teakwood leg frame with legs for locker all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing the existing un serviceble side panel or partition panel, supply and fix new 19mm thick first class hard wood (teak wood) side panel or partition panel for locker all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Each panel of side panel or partition will be measured as one unit.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceble back, supply and fix new back of 6mm thick plywood of BWR grade for locker all as directed and specified on drawing.

(f) Removing the existing unserviceble shelf, supply and fix new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 6mm thick teak wood beading alround shelves for locker all as directed and specified on drawing. NOTE:- Each shelf will be measured as one unit

(g) Removing the existing unserviceble conduit pipe, supply and fix new 19mm dia aluminium conduit pipe with side brackets and necessary fittings all as directed and specified on drawing.

(h) Removing the existing unserviceble shutters and supply & fix new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 6mm thick teak wood beading alround including brass ball spring catch 75mm long aluminium tower bolt all as directed and specified on drawing.

(j) Removing the existing unserviceble hinge, supply and fix new metal coated black contineous piano type hinge upto full height of shutter all as directed and specified on drawing.

(k) Removing the existing unserviceble handle, supply and fix new aluminium anodised handle of 100mm long all as directed and specified on drawing.

(l) Removing the existing unserviceble hasp and staple, supply and fix new MS hasp and staple duly chromium plated of 75mm long all as directed and specified on drawing. Note: Unit rate quoted for all the above items shall be deemed to include for connected minor repairs whereever necessary and one coat of french polishing of repaired lockers.
