Design and Build of Pedestrian Skywalk at Banashankari intersection including connectivity between Banashankari Metro Station and TTMC Building along with shifting of utilities, tree removal, landscaping, electrical (LT and HT) works etc. for BMRCL.

Schedule - A: Design and build of elevated Pedestrian Sky Walk for facilitating crossing of the roads in 5 different directions and connectivity to Banashankari Metro Station and Banashakari TTMC building at Banashankari road intersection. The scope of work includes the following; a. Preparation and submission of architectural drawings and structural designs & drawings in accordance with the tender drawings. Proof checking of the designs and drawings. b. Dismantling of road, drain and foot paths and any other structures required for construction of the sky walk and junction development. c. Construction of the elevated sky walk with structural steel columns & beams and provision of RCC deck slab at the elevated level and provision of non-slippery Sadarahalli (18 mm thick) granite slabs flame finish upto 20% colored granite for providing patterns. d. Construction of 5 nos. staircases along with granite flooring for treads & risers and 6 nos. of lift shafts including granite cladding architrave. e. Provision of seating facility at the elevated level as shown in the tender drawings along with wider deck. The total length of proposed Sky walk is about 280 metres and width is 6 metre through the stretch as shown in the conceptual tender drawings except the locations of seating arrangements. f. Provision of covered roof for entire length of Skywalk and covered entry at the 5 entry staircases. g. All the works covered under scope of woks for Schedule’A’in Employer’s requirements are deemed to be covered under the scope of this schedule. Note: Works not covered under this Schedule will be paid under Scheudle B and Schedule C

Schedule - B: All electrical and mechanical works covered under schedule B except electrical utilities` shifting covered under schedule-C.

Schedule - C: a. Construction of RCC Drains, Roads, Footpaths, rain water down take pipes (HDPE) and PHE related items. b. Shifting of overhead and underground utilities (all types of utilities like Electrical, Water line, Sewer line, HT & LT, other departments OFC cables, Gas lines etc.,) c. Any other items not covered in Schedule A and Schedule B, but necessary for the completion of the Sky walk. The above items a, b & c are to be executed by the contractor and will be paid as per actual measurement under Common Schedule of Rate (CSR) 2023-24 (Volume-1 to 6), Government of Karnataka.
