Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exc. 1.5 meters deep for laying PVC under ground cable and CI/GI pipe line any type of soil, getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 meters away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling not less than 250 mm bore hole by DTH method to any depth below the ground level in any kind of rock/soil upto 100 mtr deep including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. In case of incountering rock prior to 30 mtr depth from ground level the decission of the Garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. Specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shall varry accordingly. 2. cost of transportation of DTH plant is included in the quoted unit rate.

Supplying, lowering & fixing into bore 200 mm dia MS slotted pipe, heavy duty as per IS-3589, minimum 5.0 mm thick ERW having Duly welded both sides socketed ends complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, lowering & fixing into bore hole 200 mm dia MS casing pipe, heavy duty as per IS -3589 minimum 5.00 mm thick ERW slotted tube having 1000 slots of size 1.58 x 75 mm per mtr length uniformly distributed on surface, duly welded both side socketed ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing well cap suitable for 200 mm bore well dia consisting of two parts complete with welding and machinery work having provison of cut out for passing of column pipe and fabricated from MS sheet 3.15 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing housing clamp for 200 mm dia bore pipe made out of flat MS 150x12 mm thick (length 80 mm) with 4 Nos 20 mm dia of suitable size of bolt, nuts, washers etc including drilling holes of suitable sizes and painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing housing clamp for 50 mm dia bore pipe made out of flat MS 100x10 mm thick (length 60 mm) with 4 Nos 20 mm dia of suitable size of bolt, nuts, washers etc including drilling holes of suitable sizes and painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Development of tube well with air compressor of rating 630 CFM at 100 PSI as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supplying and packing pea gravel of size 3.00 mm to 6.00 mm around casing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Stack measurement of pea gravel shall be entered in MB).

Yield testing of tube well by contineous run with suitable equipment all as per IS-2800 part-II of 1979 including complete testing of water suitable for drinding purpose as per IS-10500 of 1991 from testing Laboratory approved by GE and report shall be submitted to GE. The well shall be tested 24 hours continuous after development of the well to acertain the yield. The air compressure/higher capacity pump required for the development of the well by means of over pumping shall be arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement.

Material and labour for test of pilot bore with electro logging through computerized composite litho log machine at site by ground water consultant and in innovative engineer and submitting complete result pertaining to water strata and recommendation to tap water by providing slotted pipe all as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, lowering and fixing MS Column pipe heavy duty flanged and drilled ISI marked 50 mm bore as per IS-1239, 6.0 mtr in long flange having 6 mm min. thick, slot cutting in flange for passing of submersible cable incl all jointing material such as bolts, nuts,washers, & packing sheets and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, lowering, testing and commissioning submersible pumping set having discharge capacity 117 LPM at 120 mtr head complete with submersible motor of suitable 5 HP, 3 Phase 415 volt and connecting to column pipe by means of nipple/ reducer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less less than 1.6 mtr below normal ground level surrounded form all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and salt and common salt fitting in alternater layers and elsc connection by using GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board of main control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 incldinging excuvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in elecrical plate No.3 of SSR Part 1 complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6M mean radius built in CM (1:4) for pillar in borewell complete all as specified and directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, flooring sub base complete for bore well plinth complete all as specified and directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.
