Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters including stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Earthwork in filling including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified. 1.4.1 Earth/ Sand filling in plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick (a) With earth/stone dust obtained by carriage up to 8 km.

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete in sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary as directed (b) In proportion 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

Pre-construction anti-termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. (a) With aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or equivalent) and water. This provides emulsion containing 1% chloropirophose solution (by weight)

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour & materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling.

65 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50 mm under layer of cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 coarse aggregate of 25mm and down) and 15 mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete in prop. 1:1:2 (1 cement: 1 coarse sand: 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg. per square metre of floor area) including curing etc. complete as directed.

Brick nogged wall with 1st class brick in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embedded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) (a) Half Brick (~112 mm) thick 1st class brick nogged wall (ii) In proportion 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. b) In cement mortar 1:4

Supplying, fitting, fixing M/F Suspended Ceiling with G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm c/c; and suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of size 25mm x 10mm x 0.55mm fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners; Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are to be fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 298mm c/c; fixing square edge Fulltone/ Sundance/ Cratone/ Louvertone/Textured Gypboard panels of size 595mm x 595mm (conforming to IS:2095-1982) to ceiling section with 25mm long drywall screws at 290mm c/c. and boards to be joined by filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard so as to have a flush look and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Forlight fittings, providing opening for doors, window, ventilators, etc. cut out made with frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid separately where necessary). (Glass wool to be measured and paid separately). M/F Frame work with Acoustic type fissured gypboard (Cratone ) Tiles (NRC value 0.57 with 50mm glass wool mat backing ) 12.5mm thick.

Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paints/Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ceiling surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Supplying, fitting, fixing Wall Lining with 12.5mm thick Louvertone/ Sundance/Cratone/ Fulltone (slit) Gypboard ceiling panels of size 595mm x 595mm (conforming to IS:2095-1982) screw fixed to the Ceiling section of size 0.55mm thick having a knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm made of G.I. Steel placed at 298mm c/c in perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm and flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm made of G.I. Steel fixed to the floor & ceiling with nylon sleeves & wood screws at 600mm c/c. boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a Flush look including filling and finishing with jointing Compound, joint paper tape, two coat drywall top coat suitable for Gypboard and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) complete as specified and directed at all levels (Glass wool to be measured and paid separately) (For light finishing, skirting providing opening for doors, windows, ventilators etc. cut out made with the frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid suitably when necessary). (d) M/F wall lining with Acoustic Type Slit (Louvertone) Gypboard 12.5mm thick (NRC value=0.72 with 50m m glass wool mat backing).

Supplying, fitting, fixing 97mm thick metal stud partition (Single layer) including one layer of tapered edge 12.5mm thick Gypboard (conforming to IS:2095-1982) screw fixed to drywall screw of 25mm at 300mm c/c to either side of 75mm studs (0.55mm thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of G.I. steel) with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints and jointing the square and tapered edges of the boards and finishing so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with jointing Compound, joint paper tape, two coat drywall top coat suitable for Gypboard and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) complete as specified and directed at all levels (Glass wool to be measured and paid separately) (For light finishing, skirting providing opening for doors, windows, ventilators etc. cut out made with the frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid suitably when necessary). (b) Partition with Acoustic Type Fissured (Cratone) Gypboard (NRC value=0.57 with 50mm glass wool mat backing)
