Providing Advance Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1 cum of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bitumen per 1 cum of Metal for premixing for existing surface advance patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat separately over premix carpet etc., including higher charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications.

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of MORT&H Specification with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labour charges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 200mm thick specification including premixing the materials table 400-13 with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORT&H Specification Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat using emulsion distributor over WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction overit, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat using emulsion distributor over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and Laying Tack Coat using emulsion pressure distributor of 2.00 Kgs/10 Sqm over the BT surface treated with primer using 2.00 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS1) for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0..25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of al lmaterials to CMP site ,heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hotmix plant20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uni form thickness of 50mm with paver to the specifi degrades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory /Pneumatic Rollert othere quired density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory/ Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 45.27kgs of VG30 Bitumen and 5.03kg of plastic waste for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate of required temperature and mixing the min required temperature incentral hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory/ Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/ 9m paverfinisher, Vibratory/ Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying of hot applied themoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads at 250gram/sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as IRC 35.The finished to be level uniform and free from streaks

Collection, supply and filling of red gravel from the approved quarry and stacking the same at road sides to departmental gauge for taking pre.Measurement including cost and conveyance of well morambu to site including all labour charges for stacking etc, complete.
