12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement and Course sand over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. (including racking & washing surface)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Morth Specification 4.10

Supply of 80 mm thick Mechanically CompressedInterlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of Interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cast cement concrete small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4)"gauge' approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire, and including the cost of binding wire, moulds and all otehr materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
