Earth work excavation for a depth of 0.6M, un winding of 70 Sq.mm. aluminium cable from cable drum, laying of cable for a depth of 0.6M, earth refilling after laying of cable at 3rd Main Road pillar box to High mast located at service road at south side of auction platform. Note: Cable will be supplied by CFH.

Cutting the rich mix concrete size 0.3 x 0.3 at Road for laying of 70 Sq.mm. cable inside HDPE sleeve pipe of dia 100 mm and providing and laying of PCC 1:1.5:3 mix concrete after laying of above power supply cable .(Cable alone will be supplied by CFH).

Supply of heavy duty SS clamp sets for fixing the 70 sq.mm. cable, PVC plugs Suitable to accomadate SS Screws and clamping the cable at retaining wall of the EMRIP Road with an equal distance of 1M at an and height of 3 Mtrs . Including terminating both ends of cable. Note: Cable will supplied by CFH.

Labour charges for dismantling the existing old HPSV light fittings, stainless steel wire rope and trailing cables wherever required from 30 M High mast tower and handed over to 11 Kv SS at Fishing harbour.

Supply of 400 watts LED Flood light fitting, suitable for 30 M. high mast tower with suitable size Stainless steel Bolts and all other accessories as detailed in Schedule “A” and shall have a 100 lumons/watt with suitable surge protection complete.

Labour charges for Installation of 400 W LED FLOOD light fittings for 30 M high mast tower with suitable size Stainless steel bolts and all other accessories as detailed in schedule “A”.

Supply of 6mm Dia. (2 x 64Mtrs) of stainless steel wire rope set for 30 M high mast tower with suitable size Stainless steel C clamp and all other accessories as detailed in schedule “A”.

Labour charges for fixing of 6mm Dia. (2x 64Mtrs) stainless steel wire rope set for 30 M high mast towers with suitable size stainless steel C clamp and all other accessories as detailed in schedule “A” and Servicing of top rope pulleys.

Supply of 4.0 sq.mm 5 core copper conductor (32Mtrs) flexible circular sheathed power cable of appropriate rating conforming to relevant BIS with all other accessories as detailed in schedule “A.

Labour charges for fixing of 4.0 sq. mm 5 core copper conductor flexible circular sheathed power cable.

Supply and fixing of 3 core 2.5 sq mm copper flexible cable for connecting junction box to Led fittings.

Supply and installation of Auto ON/OFF FRP Feeder pillar box consisting of…………………………. (i). 4 pole Mcb 40 Amps -1No (c)series. (ii). Single pole MCB 10 Amps - 4Nos. (iii). 50 Amps 4 pole Bolt & Nut type connector - 1 No. (iv). 4 pole contactor 40 Amps 1 No. (v). 24 hours Auto timer -1 No. Note: 1.Cable end termination, Testing and commissioning of LED FITTINGS is to be done by the contractor.
