Taking down cement plaster of any description, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering on walls, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work, with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering on walls 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L preparation of newly plastered or Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using chalk whitening over and including a coat of 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
