Supply, Installation and maintenance of 60kW EV Charging Stations at various CESC office premises

Undertaking for support by supplying the spares for a period of 3 years

The bidder should have executed (Supplying, Erection and Commissioning of EVSEs) similar works of value not less than Rs 59,09,525/- (which is 80% of the amount put to tender) in any one year of the previous 5 financial years (i.e. from FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25) to any power utilities / PSUs /DISCOMs/ CPOs or any other government/private entities in India. Note 1: If the bidder is an authorised representative/ dealer / Channel partner, then the credentials of OEM can also be submitted. Either bidder or any one of the OEMs credentials shall be considered (Combined credentials shall not be considered). Note 2: The value of completed works shall be given a weight of 10 percentage per year to bring them to the price level of FY in which tenders are invited.

The bidder should have provided minimum 2 nos. of EVSEs cumulatively during the previous 5 financial years (i.e. from FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25) to any power utilities / PSUs /DISCOMS/ CPOs or any other government/private entities in India as on the date of bid submission. Note: If the bidder is an authorized representative/ dealer/ Channel partner, then the credentials of OEM can also be submitted. Either bidder or any one of the OEMs credentials shall be considered (Combined credentials will not be considered)

The Annual Turnover of the Bidder in at least two financial years in any of the previous five financial years i.e., (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) should not be less than the value of amount put to tender. (i.e., Rs.66,73,985/-). Note: Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.

The liquid assets of the Bidder on or after the notification or at a later date, before submission of the bid shall not be less than 25% (i.e., Rs. 16,68,496/-) of the amount put to tender. Liquid Asset shall include the following issued from any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank.Cash at Bank, Term deposits, Availability of fund based credit facility. If the Bidder has banking with more than one bank, then the available liquid assets mentioned above on or after the notification or at a later date before opening the technical bid shall be the same date for all the banks.

The Bidder should be original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Or An authorised representative/ dealer / Channel partners of the OEM of the EVSEs

The bidder shall have established sales support office in Mysore/ Bangalore

Even though the Tenderers meet the above criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and/or record of poor performance such as not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history, or financial failures etc. and/or participated in the previous Tender for the same type of supply and had quoted unreasonably high tender prices and could not furnish rational justification. As on date of submission of the bid, the Bidder should not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices with any of the State government or Central Government or PSU or Municipal agencies in India or Abroad at the time of submission. OR As on date of submission of the bid, the Bidder must not have been blacklisted or banned or debarred. OR.As on date of submission of the bid, the Bidder whose contracts have been short closed due to non-performance or whose Letter of Award (LOA) is withdrawn by the owner due to inefficiency of the bidder in performing or implementing assigned project in technically/ financially are not eligible to participate in this bid. Note- This shall also be applicable to all Original Material Manufacturer (OEM) and subcontractors if any

Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority
