Taking out existing LT panel from ground , making the surface levelled complete all as specified and directed by engg in charge.

Taking out carefully existing unsrviceable LT cable from poles, walls, panels and trenches (Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately) any size any capacity and removing connection from exhisting switch board/over head lines etc complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing/ laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed on pole/walls/passing through pipes incl testing complete all as specified and directed by engg in charge Make : Polycab/ Havell's/ KEI

Supplying and fixing/ laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed on pole/walls/passing through pipes incl testing complete all as specified and directed by engg in charge Make : Polycab/ Havell's/ KEI

Supplying and fixing/ laying in replacement of 50mm bore GI pipe light grade as in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all connecting items (like suitable size of clamps, angle, nut & bolts) for holding of pipe with pole ISI marked as required for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables complete all as specified..

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified..

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV , type 1 ,size flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI strip 32X6 sqmm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and all as specified including testing on completion.Notes: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II and also refer Plate No-03 including demolition of existing Earthing complete all as specified. Note : 1. Earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Earthing will be redone if desired Earth result not found during testing of the same at site.

M & L for earth continuity conductor using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead incl taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified.

M & L for earth continuity conductor using Aluminium strip 25x 3.15 mm with saddle and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground incl taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on newly palstered surfaces of wall over and incl a coat of primer complete all as specifed and directed by engg in charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for replacement of fire fighting equipement , fire bucket , fire bitter and installation of fire fiting insrtruction chart , shock treatment chart, incl installation of First Aid box complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for Repair to fire point making all fire accessories with all painting works and plaster all as required and directed by engr in charge

M & L for Preparation for surface of existing steel poles of size 9 mtr appx 7.50 mtr long above ground level including cross arms, nuts, bolts and applying one coat of approved quality of aluminium paint upto top level of pole using all required safety equipments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation for surface of existing steel poles of size 11 mtr appx 9.20 mtr long above ground level including cross arms, nuts, bolts and applying one coat of approved quality of aluminium paint upto top level of pole using all required safety equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep clearing all surface in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for loose filling of stone aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm deposited spread and levelled to a true surface in layers n exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

M & L for painting of Transformers 160kva to 315kva capacity, with one coat of epoxy coated paint suitable for all seasons , dismantling all cables before proceddings for work, cleaning all parts and refixing the same after the painting, connecting all cables with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 51,550.00
