Submersible pumpsets: Providing and Fitting of 08 No submersible pump set having parameter 5000 GPH X 150 Mtr for F/P Samba, T/W Jatwal II, T/W Gwala talab, T/W Naran Muthi, T/W sonarki, T/W Thalora Mandi, T/W Diani Old, T/W chack Manga Gujran, 06 No Submersible pumpset of Paramater 5000 GPHX 100 Mtr head for T/W Old Rakh, T/W Tapyal New , T/W Rajpura , T/W New Nonath, T/W Palth and T/W Parel, 01 No Submersible pumpset of Parameter 4000 GPH X 100 mtr head for T/W Nonath Old , 1 No Submersible pump set of 3000 GPHX 100 mtr head at T/W Hoshiar Singh and 1 No Submersible pumpset of 8000GPHX 150mtr head at T/W Sagal of reputed company make like KSB /Kirloskar/CRI or any other reputed make along with Coupling of pump and motor, filling the motor with distilled water for cooling the winding of sealed motor, testing the coupled pump and motor by lowering the same in a test pit for checking the discharge of pump and performance of motor at zero head. Fabrication of Adopter Nipple Approx. 1/2 mtr Long fabrication out of G.I Pipe of which Bottom end is to be reduced to the size of delivery of pump and threading the pipe for the screwing into the delivery portion of the submersible pump and other end of the adopter is welded with M.S Flange fabricated out of M.S Plate for fixing with column Pipes , 2 No’s Nuts of 5/8’’ size are to be welded on opposite side of adopter piece so that clamping bolts of tie Rod can pass through it.

Fabrication of Tie rod Clamping Arrangement for clamping the pump and motor to the upper adopter nipple by Fabricating outer dia of motor thrust pad bowl, welding of M.S. Strip on two Opposite sides of this M.S. ring extending up to halfway distance od adopter nipple. The upper end of these flat strips should be welded top full threaded M.S Bolts of 5/8’’ X 4’’. These bolts are to be passed through nuts welded on adopter nipple piece and clamped by Tightening 5/8’’ double nuts on both side. Shifting the submersible pump set at worksite. Complete job including cost of Pump sets and shifting charges.
