Air circuit breaker (ACB), three pole 415 V AC 60 ka Manual draw out type of rating 2500 A make: L&T

Under voltage trip device(UVT) for above ACBs. Make:L&T

Dismantling of old ACB other accessories from existing panel, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with the help of cutter, heavy labour etc.

providing/fixing and making of connection of bus bar of suitable sizes for 2500 Amp. Current carrying capacity including links, bends, aluminium bus bar will be of elctrolyte grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with the shrinkable PVC sleeve in hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Fixing of the ACB 2500 Amp. In the exisiting panel board including providing and fabrication and fixing of the base framse of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Modification in panel door. At the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. and fixing the backuup fusses as per requirement

Servicing and overhauling of electrical/ mechanical parts in ACB installed in panel removing dust from compres air, cleaning the same with CRC and providing chemical wash, cleaning and overhauling of arching contact, replacement of mechanical spring, lubrication and greasing etc. realignment of operating mechanism and making it smooth for operation including taking out the ACB from the LT panel and Reinstalling the same after repair/services etc. in the 415 v LT panel

Loading unloading cartage and transportation charges

Testing and commisioning of the installed equipments, testing of panel prior to switching on as follow i)continuity and earth testing ii) Meggaring of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
