Rectangular anti climb high security electrical resistance galvanised wire weld mesh panels ( size 955mm x 2667mm ± 5mm tolerance, each weighing 23.25Kg ± 5% tolerance) and subsequently powder coated, installed with necessary clamps, profile plates complete all as shown on drgs, specified and directed. Mesh wire diameter & tolerance_ : Core diameter of the horizontal wire : 4mm + 0.05mm (Conforming to IS 280-2006. Core diameter of the vertical wire : 4mm + 0.05mm. Tensile strength of wire : 550 N/Sqmm. Mesh size : Distance between horizontal wire : 12.7mm. Distance between vertical wire : 76.2mm. (subject to tolerance in accordance with EN 10223-7, EN10245-1). Welding strength : The average weld shear strength of 4 welds taken at random shall not be less than 50% of breaking strength of vertical wire (EN-10223-7). Zinc coating : 40-50 GSM (100% zinc) (conforming to IS 4826-1979).Powder coating: After welding the panels shall be polyester powder coated in single layer of thickness 60-80 micron in green colour RAL 6005 and shall withstand 1000 hours of salt spray test. Reference drawing: WM-WC-0417-S-377 dt 01.04.2017. Wire tensile strength : Min 550N/Sqmm Weld Strength : The average weld shear strength of 4 welds taken at random shall not be less than 50% of the breaking strength of the vertical wire Powder Coating :EN 13438- 2005/IS13871- 1993

Circular hollow MS steel Tube (IS-1161), 76mm Dia, 3.2 mm thickness (+10% tolerance), 3345mm long (+5% tolerance) (2745 mm above ground level + 600mm under the ground level), each weighing 20Kg (± 5% tolerance) hot dipped galvanized to minimum 350 GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTMA 123 as in fence posts, complete all as shown in drgs, specified and as directed. Manufacturer/Fabricater: M/S A-1 Fence Products Company Pvt Ltd Mumbai/Global Technocrate PVT Ltd or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Supply only Omega clamps with profile cover plate to tighten the mesh panel along the posts with diameter 76mm, 35 mm width and 3mm thick flat-35mm width, 3mm thick (MS strip as per IS 1730) hot dipped galvanized to minimum 350 GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTMA 123 (7 Nos per post). Each clamp will be supplied with a pair of SS 304 mushroom headed, square necked bolts and security nuts M8x50 (IS 8535-1987) each set of Omega clamps including weight of SS-304 security Nuts, shall be weighing 0.66Kg (± 5% tolerance), complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & fixing STRAINING Y- ARM : Straining 'Y'- Arm shall be of mild steel angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5 mm (IS-1730), 750mm length, each one of hot dipped galvanized to 350 GSM as per IS 2629 / IS 4759/ASTM A 123, each Y-arm weighing 6.75 Kg (+/- 5% tolerance), with 63mm outer dia of sleeve cap, bolted as in straining Y- arm on the top of the fence post at every 30m distance fitted with stainless steel mushroom head bolt with breakable head safety nut (M8 x 120) (2 No per post) each set of SS-304 security Nuts, weighing 0.168Kg (± 5% tolerance), complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (Applicable to Srl item No. 8.00 to 15.00 here-in-before) a) The contractor shall within 15 days of the placing of work order, intimate to GE the name of manufacturer meeting below specified criteria (documents such as copies of supply orders, Invoices of materials supplied, in support thereof shall be produced) for the materials under Srl items No. 8.00 01 to 15.00 in writing for his approval after due verification of the credentials of manufacturer for these products. The manufacturer as approved by GE shall be in possession of NSIC/MSME registration for manufacturing and supplying composite fencing system using Weld mesh panels, Fence Posts, accessories and razor wire coils as specified vide above mentioned respective item with in-house plant and machinery for manufacturing and polyester powder coating as well as thermo plastic coating as per specifications for coating.

Note:(Applicable to Srl item No. 8.00 to 15.00 here -in- before) (i) The Manufacturer Should be manufacturing and supplying composite fence system Weld mesh panels, Fence Posts, Accessories and Razor wire coils for a minimum three years period. (ii) The Manufacturer should have manufactured and supplied an average of at least 300MT per year of similar high security weld mesh panels in the last three Years. (iii) The Manufacturer should have manufactured and supplied an average of at least 100MT per year of similar fence posts and accessories in the last three Years. (iv) The Manufacturer should have manufactured and supplied an average of at least 250MT per year of similar Razor wires/Coils in the last three Years. (v) The manufacturer shall provide type test certificate for Sample testing of 1000Hrs of Salt Spray Test from a renowned NABL approved Lab towards Powder Coating of materials manufactured by them.

Note:- (Applicable to Srl item No. 8.00 to 15.00 here -in- before) (b) Irrespective of whatever specified towards testing of materials in the tender documents production of test certificates by the contractor from the manufacturer is mandatory towards materials procured against Srl items 7.01 to 7.08 here-in-before. To ensure the materials brought to site for incorporation in the work conform to testing parameters specified, Frequency of independent random testing of the materials under serial item No 7.01 to 7.08 shall be as per relevant code of practice subject to a minimum of one sample from each lot of materials manufatured (in case the materials procured are from different lots manufatured) one sample per 1000m length of fence (in case all the material is manufacutred in one lot). Independent testing shall be got carried out by the GE from NABL Labs for materials against Srl items 7.01 to 7.08 here-in-before. The cost towards testing charges, transport and handling shall be borne by the contractor within the rates quoted against said items and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

GI tube light grade 20mm dia, 6 meter long sutable for 1.5 sqmm, 3 core cable of length 7 meter from looping box to street light connector, holding in MS clamp of size (25X2)mm thick at every one metre used in each pole 04 Nos of clamps with necessary nut, bolts and washers etc and including PVC sheathed three core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from looping box to security light fitting connector, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out HT/LT Cables of any size in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Construction platfrom size 3mx2mx1.2m with brick masonary CM (1:6) including 15 thick plastering in CM (1:4) in all sides with plinth protection of length of 60 cm arround and brick steps with plastering in CM (1:6) with XPM fencing 1.2 mtr height with weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm and angle iron 50x50x6mm and two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide with synthetic enameled pain for supports gate with locking arrangement and PCC floor in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick including filling all as specified and as directed . from ground including wire netting with angle size 50x50x6mm including steps, plinth protection and all other relevant works including dismantling old unserviceable platform, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD-1129/96 sheet 1/2 & 2/2.directed.

Taking/ dismantling all conections from HT/LT side of transformer and Shifting of transformer on newly constructed platform site as specified and refixing of all electric connections complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down/ dismantling security light fittings Including GI brackets from external security poles and set aside for refixing of serviceable security light Fittings complete all as directed.

LT switch gear control panel board 440 volt AC 3 phase, 4 wire for out door installation " KIOSK TYPE" with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections i.e., CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, angle/channel and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front, door in two halves fitted with handle and bolts for pad lock. The panel door shutters fixed with stainless steel hinges, heavy duty and with door stoppers. The door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof, IP 54 standard with phosphatised powder coating painting externally and internally to protect against corrosion. The panel shall be mounted on suitable size of channel section having ground clearance 60 cms from grouting bolts, complete duly incorporated with following accessories :- (i) Bus bar chamber with electrolytic grade aluminium strip with heat shrinkable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators 4 strip of suitable length for current rating min 375 Amps (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 VAC, current rating 250 Amps breaking cap 25 KA at 415 volts= 01 No (Incoming).

Supply and fixing and testing of Aerial bunched cable (AB) HT 11KV of size 3 core x 95 sqmm+1 core x 70 sqmm with Three power cores stranded compacted circular alluminium conductor screened with black extruded semiconducting compaund, natural colored XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semiconducting compaund and one layer of copper type and covered with black extruded PVC (core identification by colour tape marking red, Yellow and blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape) and one bare messengar wire shall be stranded non compacted cicular alluminium alloy conductor , all as specified and directed. Note:- The following hardware fittings and accessories shall be used to install,erect and join the AB cable (i) Suspension clamp with eye hook (ii) Suspension fittings and corresponding eye hook (iii) Dead eye fittinngs (iv) Nylon Tie (v) connectors

Making holes by drilling or by any other mechanical means, dia of bore hole not exceeding 50mm and 300mm deep including supply & fixing of anchor rod 25mm dia TOR steel with and including epoxy grout in bore hole below bottom of foundation of column in hard rock complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

HDPE DWC pipe (double wall corrugated) outer dia 80mm & inner dia 68mm confirming to IS: 16098 alongwith necessary snap fit coupler for interconnection, laid in trenches or fixed to wall, complete all spedified and directed.
