PART - A "Civil works " Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.

PART - A "Civil works" Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works" Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works" Embossing / Engraving the title of the project in Kannada Script and “NPCIL LOGO " of standard size & shape [to suit structure] on the external plastered surface of the building by using CM 1:3 and painting the same over a Coat of exterior grade primer in contrast with wall Colour.The alphabets of the script and the logo shall be very neat clean and print like finish. The hight of the alphabets shall be 6'' to 8'' and logo shall be in a Square frame of 1.5 feet. The script and the logo shall be traced on the plastered surface with 'computer printed template cut-out ' to get the title very neat clean and print like finish including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights.

PART - A "Civil works" Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 g/L as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

PART - A "Civil works" Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

PART - A "Civil works" Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives with pure Acrylic Resin, UV resistant, dirt & pick up resistant, Alkali & Water resistant of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works" Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with PU based single component elastomeric pure polyurethane based coating on New terrace/Chajjas/Sunken portion of WC:Bathroom, cold applied PU waterproofing membrane that is highly elastic with elongation greater than 400% and tensile strength greater than 2MPa as per ASTM D412. The waterproofing membrane to be applied in 2coats @ 1.6 kg/m2 to achieve final DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 1mm including prime coat of epoxy primer @150 g/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo-textile over the waterproofing membrane. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and laying of O.D.20/25 mm of corrugated PVC rigid/flexible conduits in concealed fashion at Ceiling, column and wall with necessary wire pulling or inspection JB, bends etc along with one run of steel wire. All civil works related to wiring installation such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the laying work. The corrugated PVC conduit shall ISI approved make. The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk. All accessories and consumables required for installation are in the scope of contractor to complete the job in all respect.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and pulling of wire for light/ fan points: Supply and Pulling of concealed 20/25mm corrugated PVC rigid/flexible Conduit and wiring for light points, wired from modular switch control with 3Run of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor wire as Phase, Neutral and earth for each fitting taken in 20/25mm PVC pipe complete with accessories. All civil works related to wiring installation such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the wiring work. Every junction an inspection JB with cover must be provided. The 3 core X 0.75 sq.mm copper flexible cable for connection of LED fixtures and fans. The lighting accessories such as ceiling rose, angle/batten holders and required copper lugs are in contractors scope. All wires are of PVC insulated 650/ 1100 volt grade, copper conductor, multi stranded wire confirming to latest IS : 694. All as instructed by the engineer in-charge. The maker of switch, angle holder, adopter, ceiling rose should BIS approved.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply, Installation and wiring for 6/16 amps, twin socket of modular switch board with the connections. Switch board cover in item no 5 .All as instructed by the engineer in charge

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and pulling of wiring for lighting/ power circuits : Wire shall PVC insulated 650 / 1100V grade, copper conductor, multi stranded wire confirming to latest IS: 694. The colour code of wires for phase shall be red and black for neutral. The earth wire shall be of green colour to be laid in installed PVC concealed conduit. The required consumables to complete the job of pulling wires are in the scope of contractor.

Supply & pulling of 3 run of Wire of (2 run of 2.5 sq mm for Phase and neutral and 1 run of 1.5 sq mm for earth) The wires shall be pulled for main supply from meter board to main switch boards and looping.

Supply & pulling of 3 run of Wire of (3run of 1.5 sq mm for Phase and neutral and 1 run of 1.5 sq mm for earth) The wires shall be pulled for main supply from Switch board to 10 A switch socket looping and Lighting boards.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of GI Metal box 18 SWG for concealed wiring for fixing modular switches including base frame and cover plate as per technical specification. All civil works related to wiring installatin such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the wiring work.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of fan : The make of the fan shall BIS approved.The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk supply.

Supply and installation of ceiling fan 1200 mm. sweep, 300-375 rpm,230 V, 1 Ph, 50 Hz, AC, brown colour, along with its accessories Item also includes supply of electronic, step type, white colour fan regulators and installing them on Modular switch board.

Supply and installation of Exhaust fan 300 mm dia/ sweep, brown colour. 230 V, 1 Ph, 50 Hz, AC. Also supply of SS Wire mesh guard for back and opening. Installation work includes assembling, fixing at wall with anchor fasteners and making all the connections including earth connection. Make should BIS approved.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and Installation of LED fixtures including all accessories with all connections made up to connector. The fixtures shall be installed on the wall/ ceiling by using two number PVC round block and 6mm coach screw for fixing. Necessary connections has to be made and fittings shall be connected by using adaptor with 3C x 0.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable from nearest ceiling rose / angle holder. (The angle/ pendent holder is covered in item no.2). All as instructed by the engineer in charge and technical specification

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of plate type earth pit (Confirming to BIS : 3043) with 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm G.I. plate including all required items such as salt, charcoal etc,. The earth pit shall be of 2.5 meter deep excavated in all type of soil. The plate shall be placed at centre of pit and shall be covered with alternate layer of salt and charcoal. Two number of 50mm x 6mm G.I. flat shall be welded to the plate and brought up to the top of pit. 40mm of medium class G.I. pipe with funnel shall be provided to the full depth of pit for watering. A masonry chamber of 450mm x 450mm (from inside ) with 50mm thick RCC cover with lifting hook shall be provided for earth pit. A G.I wire of 8 SWG shall be connected from earth pit to meter board. All the items to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and providing catnary service connection by using 4.0 sq.mm, 2 run of pvc insulated, pvc sheathed (CTS), aluminium stranded conductor/wire,1100 V,grade, reel insulator and 10 SWG G.I wire. The required accessories such as GI wire, hardwares, binding wire, reel insulators etc to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of metal meter board (size 45cmx30 cm appx), installed with one number 63 amps fuse unit, one number DP,63 amps, 30 mA sensitivity ELCB (RCCB) 415V. The termination / connection of incoming power service from pole to DB & meter board including earth connection shall be done by contractor. The required accessories such as GI pipe, GI wire, hardwares, GI clamps etc., to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of single phase MCB DB 8 Way,-1 No.The DB Consisting of 1 No DP 25 Amp,, 415 V, MCB and 4 numbers of10 amps, single pole MCB's with concealed mounting type metal enclosure DB. And supply of cable end box 6 way (2 nos) concealed mounting type. The DB shall mount on concealed fashion and the required hardware’s and wall chasing and finishing are in contractors scope. All Lighting Circuit MCB shall connect to change over switch MCB.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of Plastic cable end box in concealed mounting fashion for cable end. The required hardwares and wall chasing and finishing are in contractor’s scope.

PART-C "Electricals" Supply and installation of Solar water heater, 500 LPD as per enclosed specifications.

PART-C "Electricals" GENERAL NOTE FOR ABOVE ITEMS. 1] work shall be executed as specified in the each item description and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2] Item Description shall be read in conjunction with the Technical specification and, drawing, General conditions of the contract and all other terms & conditions specified in the entire bid document. 3] All the above mentioned items should be BIS approved.
