i) 6 Nos. Ornamental Design FRP Molded Pillars
FRP hexagonal pillars with base size 195 mm on each side, vertical fitted design, and FRP height of 970 mm, incorporating B-Class M.S. round pipe of size 88 mm diameter x 2.5 mm thickness and 2890 mm height as internal support. The M.S. pipe shall hold FRP molded “Taj” caps, 6 Nos., each of size 260 x 260 x 210 mm height, suitably mounted at appropriate height as per approved design.
All pillars shall be properly ground for smooth finish and spray painted with two coats of P.U. paint, comprising:
1st Coat: Epoxy Surface Tolerance Primer (INTERSEAL 670HS or equivalent)
2nd Coat: PU Finish Paint (INTERTHANE 990 or equivalent) in approved shade.
ii) 12 Nos. Spandrels and 6 Nos. Friezes
Floral and ornamental decorative combination of spandrels and friezes, suspended between M.S. pillars as per approved design.
Spandrel (L-Bracket): Length 420 mm, Height 400 mm
Frieze (Top Panel): Height 250 mm and length as per gazebo size
The frieze shall be mounted on an M.S. tubular pipe frame of size 50 mm x 25 mm, properly welded to the column pillars at both ends. The complete assembly shall be uniformly ground, spray-primed, and painted with two coats of P.U. paint as follows:
1st Coat: Epoxy Surface Tolerance Primer (INTERSEAL 670HS or equivalent)
2nd Coat: PU Finish Paint (INTERTHANE 990 or equivalent) in approved shade.
iii) 3 Nos. M.S. Rectangular Tube Railing Panels with Frame
Floral and ornamental decorative M.S. square pipe side railing panels as per design, having height of 730 mm and length as per gazebo size. Each panel shall be mounted with top and bottom M.S. tubular pipe frame of size 50 mm x 25 mm.
The bottom M.S. pipe shall have 2 Nos. M.S. holdfasts of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 250 mm length, welded at the base for anchoring into the ground.
All panels shall be properly ground for smooth surface finish, spray-primed, and painted with two coats of P.U. paint, comprising:
1st Coat: Epoxy Surface Tolerance Primer (INTERSEAL 670HS or equivalent)
2nd Coat: PU Finish Paint (INTERTHANE 990 or equivalent) in approved shade.
iv) Top Frame with Double-Finishing FRP Molded Roof
The top frame shall be fabricated from M.S. tubular pipe of size 40 mm x 40 mm, properly welded and ground. The frame shall be mounted with FRP molded sheets of 4 mm thickness, with top and bottom smooth finish (double-finish) for corrosion and weather resistance.
Sheets shall be bent to the required profile of 245 mm width on either end and fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars.
The roof shall include a central FRP molded diamond shape panel of size 14” x 3 mm thickness for aesthetic enhancement.
All FRP sheets shall be securely riveted to the horizontal members, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
v) Canopy Flooring
Providing and laying Kota stone flooring / tile flooring within the canopy area, as decided and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, including base preparation, leveling, joint filling, and surface finishing complete in all respects.
vi) Additional Facilities
• LED light strip fixed inside the canopy for ambient lighting.
• 1 No. ceiling fan inside the canopy, including complete wiring and accessories.
• FRP Bollard Light, approximately 700 mm height and 200 mm x 200 mm section, with UV-stabilized gel-coat finish and 9W warm-white/white LED, including complete wiring using 3-core XLPE armored cable in HDPE conduit and IP65 junction box. Electrical safety to include MCB, testing, and commissioning complete in all respects.
• Ornamental green hedge, 18 inches wide, developed around the canopy boundary to enhance aesthetics and promote a green environment. Post-greening maintenance shall rest with the department, and the contractor shall bear no liability for upkeep or maintenance of greenery.
