Dismantiling of AC sheets / Galvolume sheet / GI sheet Corrugated or Semi corrugated etc in roof coverings.

M &L 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet corrugated or semi corrugated in roofs, walls etc and fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolts with washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet corrugated or semi corrugated in roofs, walls etc and fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolts with washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sheets obtained from item No. 1 shall be used.

M & L for asbestos cement two pieces adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated and semi corrugated sheet 6mm thick fixed with J or L hook and cranked bolts woth washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel corrugated sheet 0.45mm to 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed Note: Rate quoted deemed to include cost of making good disturbed masonry surface to match with existing etc using PCC 1:2:4/cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 5 above but fixing only obtained from serial item no 1.

M&L pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Taking down existing felt roof treatment, screed bed and preparing the surfaces of roof by cleaning off foreign materials with water, roughening surfaces of old concrete and washing down with water to remove dust, providing cement mortar screed 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound, laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) over primed surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 Ltrs/Sqm by torch application, 10cm overlap fused uniformly by LPG torched flame and applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm finished with one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/Sqm, , complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately. 2) Padding concrete where required shall be measured and paid separately. 3) The quoted rate include for taking down existing tank and refixing the same in its position.

M&L for Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.8 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 over bitumen primer applied @ 0.3 Lit/Sqm on ridge portion of corrugated sheeting/ mangalore tile roofing etc including taking out existing felt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and benching & filletting mixed IWPC (IWPC measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Dismantling Mangalore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles or slate roofing complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed

S & F for MS framed structure roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats of Grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed

S & F true or horizontal level 600mmx600mm panels, false ceiling, hot dipped galavnised steel sections exposed suface with precoated capping, main tee and cross tee of size 24x32mm at every 1200mm c/c and wall angle of size 19x19mm fixed to perimetere wall, as per manufacturer's instructions, grid to be suspended at every 1200mm c/c in both directions by using 2mm dia pre-straightened GI wire at every 1200mm internal at the main tee, including 9mm thick gypsum board of size 600mm X 600mm with rear size aluminium foil and front side PVC lamination, complete all as specified and directed.
