Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth etc.complete as directed.(All the materials are contractors property)

Construction of view cutter made of cloth fixed with bamboo frame and wooden post etc. as directed and specified by department including carriage of materials and removal of materials after function is over. (All materials are contractor's property and materials should be in good condition)

Wooden flooring etc. including fixing to wooden frame with iron screw, nails etc. complete as directed by the department including dismantling of the same after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractors property for which salvage value is considered)

Construction of Stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20m apart and the platform with steel frame, staircase as directed by the deptt. (All the materials are contractors property)

Printing, framing and fixing flex including local carriage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considerd)

Construction of Temporary Latrine & Urinal of required nos including dismantling the shed after the function.

Hiring and installation of Grass Carpet with all means complete.

(All materials are contractor's property and materials should be in good condition)

Hire charge of Red Carpet including carriage as directed by the deptt.

Erection of bamboo gate (welcome-gate) by bhaluka bamboo post including fitting, fixing by coconut coir with cloth decoration etc. as directed and specified by department including carriage of materials and removal of materials after function is over. (All materials are contractor's property and materials should be in good condition)

Erection of steel tubular pipe (60.3 mm OD) barricading of 1.50m high with steel pipe post @ 1.80m c/c driven at least 0.60m with 4 nos. of horizontal steel pipe railing tied with nut and bolt with vertical member as directed and specified by department including carriage of materials and removal of materials after function is over. (All materials are contractor's property and materials should be in good condition)

Fitting and fixing PVC fire resistant tarpoline over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope over the steel roof truss frame …….. And removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractor's property).

Construction of pandels made with Bhaluka bamboo post 100 mm to 150 mm dia and Sal bali post various length from eve point to ridge point driven at least 90 cm for Sal bali post & 75 cm for Bhaluka bamboo posts on the ground with Jati Bambhoo roof truss as per drawing , tied with coir rope including jati bamboo bracing at alteranative post, sal timber bali post are to be provided in the middle rows at 4.55 m apart and bhaluka bamboo post in other at 3.00 m apart. The jati bamboo rafter should be fixed at ground as directed and specified and dismantling the pandal after the function within three days time . ( The bamboo & Coir rope etc will be contractors property ). Work to be executed as directed by the department. ( Pandal should be made with Bhaluka bamboo post with eve height 4.20 m & ridge height 13.70 m)
