Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including frames and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted hot dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150, 0.50mm thick of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hot dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150, 0.50mm thick of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550MPa as in ridge/valley/gutter/eaves boardings fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605mm x 605mm in true horizonatal level, hot dipped galvanised steel sections consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and size 24mm x 38mm made from 0.30mm thick (Min) sheet spaced at 1200mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24mm x 28mm made of 0.30mm thick (Min) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24mm x 28mm made of 0.30mm thick (Min) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200mm x 600mm panel to form grids of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle of size 24mm x 24mm x 0.4mm. M & L for 4 mm thick high pressure, oceanic pre-primed, self embossed, non asbestos fibre cement decorative board, water, termite and fire resistant for insulation ad acoustic purpose to be placed in grid system hold down clips with provision of high fixtures, air conditioning, diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detector etc, complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to steel frame work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought cast iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as dirceted.

S&F rolled mild steel as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to commen rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F framed work such as griils, grating, angle iron door frames etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, laders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290. Gde E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

Material & Labour for Plain cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of soft loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size /shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compected bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks over and including the sand bedding layers through vibratory compaction by using palte vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directd by engr-in-Charge.
