Inspection of Drum support bearings , MH-2 nos,AH-1No and Line shaft bearing 2 Nos. Removal of covers ,Inspection of bearing and if necessary changing of bearing , cleaning assembling back and greasing etc.,

Revisioning of brakes. All the brakes are to be dismantled, liners to be changed for whichever necessary, reassembling, adjusting and fixing.,

Revisioning of bottom and Top equalizing pullies (Both M.H and A.H)and wire rope inspection. The pulleys to be dismantled, bearing to be inspected ,cleaning and changing of bearings if necessary regreasing and assembling back. Inspection of wire ropes as per IS standards ,magnifying inspection ,core condition check, strand elongation, reduction check, protrusion, bird caging &bend inspection.

II.105/25T EOT crane load test work. Loading and unloading of 130 Tonnes concrete block from Transport yard, 2nd Repair bay of MTPS-I to MTPS-II repair bay and return the same from MTPS-II to MTPS-I after completion of load testing.(Required lorry and crane will be supplied by board free of cost.)

Arranging of concrete blocks totaling of130 tonnes for loading of Main hoist of craneNo 1&2.

Arranging of concrete blocks totaling of 30 tonnes for load testing of Auxiliary hoist of crane No 1&2.

Charges for inspection of load testing and certification for one number crane
