AGE E/M SCHEDULE : DG SET M/L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same ,drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, including M & L for V Belts, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load and record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure , oil temperature , coolant temperature, voltage , frequency , load current , battery charging , fuel consumption etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (a). Engine oil for refilling will be measured & paid separately. (b). Coolant for make up will be measured & paid separately (c). Disconnecting the Exhaust Pipe Line with mufler of DG set from Exhaust Manifold of the Engine and removing the Unserviceable Asbestos Rope from the Exhaust Pipe, Cleaning the Exhaust Pipe and cutting the mufler removing all Carbon Particles Inside including wrapping of existing asbestos rope complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following capacities of DG Sets:

Dismantaling Radiator assembly from DG set Engine from inside and out side , Cleaning and Washing the Radiators & fins by Compressed Air with Chemical Water, removing all dust, etc. from the Radiator and Filling Coolant, re-assemble the same in Original Position with new gaskets, radiator connecting hoses and clamps complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge, for the following capacities DG Sets:- Note:- (i) Coolant shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevnt items of these schudule. (ii) Asbestos rope shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule. (iii) Repair works shall be carried out by authorised agent / dealer of DG Sets. (iv) Make of DG Sets shall be as spesified against item No 1 here-in-before.

AGE E/M SCHEDULE AC, REFRIGERATORS AND HEATING PLANT The Quoted rates shall to be included for the following :- (a) As the above work is required to be carried out for repair/maint of cooling appliances entire Mil Stn Shillong (Including HV, SE Falls and Cantt Area) , hence complaints of the US equipment’s (Refrigerators/DF/ACs/voltage stabilizers) to be handed over daily basis (if received) for different units locations and repairs to be carried out on the same day or next day or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall depute adequate AC mechanic and helper (As per the complaint) with all connected tools on daily basis (if required) with suitable vehicle & T&P arrangement to repairs and attend the complaints in various units under AOR of GE Shillong and manage all spares included in this CA in advance or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Non attending the complaints with in 48 hrs Rs 500/- per day per complaints shall be recovered.
