Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents

Bidder has to quote rates excluding GST, GST shall be paid separately as per applicable

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number

Tenderer has to quote same rates for the items which are repetitive in all sub estimates

Bidder must produce original copy of Pre-Qualification 10 years warranty certificate for Type XI Micro Prismatic Grade Retro Reflective Sheeting conforming to IRC:67 2022 Standards, issued by the Retro reflective sheeting manufacturer stating that the material offered shall have the warranty mentioned as per the clause 6.9 maintaining minimum coefficient of Retro Reflection

Tenderer shall submit a certified copy of latest test report for Type XI Micro Prismatic Grade Retro Reflective Sheeting conforming to IRC:67 2022 Standards from a reputed and independent laboratory issued for field performance as per ASTM D4956 Specification which shall be obtained from the particular Sheeting Manufacturer who provides Pre-Qualification Warranty Certificate for technical qualification

Tenderer shall submit a certified copy of latest laboratory test reports for Road Studs or Raised Pavement Marker conforming to IRC:67 2022 Standards, referring to the lens and structural strength as per ASTM D 4280, including the C.I.L values as per MoRTH specification, including compressive Strength and having passed these tests for the technical qualification

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 253.08 lakhs

Others -- Turnover Certified should be issued by the Charted accountant (With profit loss statement with UDIN)

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work like Painting and Installing Studs on Zebra crossing Humps for Pedestrians on Roads value not less than Rs.63.27 lakhs ,as a prime contractor.
