Supply, install, test and commissioning of 11 kV, 630 A, one side extendable Outdoor type compact RMU floor mounted with internal as well as earthing copper bus bars,consisting of 2 Nos fixed type Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) module as outgoing and 1 No Load Break switch module as incomer with earthing inside robotically welded stainless steel grade 304 (Non ferrite Non magnetic grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5 mm & IP 67 degree protection with gas leakage percentage less than 0.1 per year. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings. RMU should be complete with all acessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, Cable supports, mechanical indications for load break switch ON/OFF and manometer as per IEC Standards.The RMU shall be tested for internal arc test of 21 kV/1 Sec as per IEC 62271-220. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switch gear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP3X + IP 54 protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site:-

02 Nos Outgoing 630 A VCB module for making & breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Swicth of full making capacity having following specifications: (a) Motor operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker having spring stored mechanism. (b) Short time withstand current capacity 21 kA for 3 seconds (c) Making Capacity - 52.5 kA (d) Power frequency withstand Voltage - 28 kV (e) Implsve withstand Voltage - 75 kV (f) Nominal operating gas pressure -1.4 Bar (g) Enclosure protection - IP54 (h) Cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable upto 300 Sqmm, 11 kV XLPE Cable.

Bus connected PT unit - 01 No for metering and protection system consisting of following :- (a) Resin cast CT with ratio 100/1A & burden class 1, 2.5 VA for metering and class 5 P10 for protection - Set of three and Resin cast CT with ratio 100/1A & burden class 1, 2.5 VA for metering and class CI - 1.0 for protection - Set of three. (b) 3 Voltage transformers of the ratio 11 kV/1.732/110 V/1.732.25 VA class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (c) Self powered microprocessor controlled numeric relay comprising of three over current, one earth fault protection relay with high set for both phase & earth and with fault memory. (d) Trip circuit supervision relay. (e) Master trip relay. (f) Digital MFM with 485 port to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF, kWh, kVAR. (g) One No. of space heater with thermostat. (j) Push buttons for accepting faults and reset (k) 2x12 V Battery with battery charger of suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & output 24 V DC. (l) One No operating handle for manual operation.

Note for Item No.05 (a) Safety interlocks shall be provided as relevand IEC/IS standard and manufactures directions. (b) Bidder shall provide all necessary test reports to prove compliance to the internal fault as per IEC 62271-200 (c) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS standard. (d) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level in ground with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers, earth strip shall be protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point, GI wire meshed funnel, altenate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical Plate No.3 connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Notes: i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of strata, GI tubing, funnel with mesh PCC, RCC, earth test point etc. ii) Earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall not be measured and paid separately and is deemed to be included in quoted rate. iii) On testing after completion, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to deptt.

M&L Galvanised iron tubing 80 mm dia light grade laid in trenches/floors/walls for earth lead protection and cables at road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil laying of cables etc. complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 , type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Random rubble masonry built in Cemement Mortor 1:6 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted complete all as specified and directed

M&L for keyed poininting in CM 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncorsed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type 1, flat with size 300x180x40 mm all as specifide and directed.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand/M sand for cable laying /foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose

M&L for cutting the existing black top roads/any hard standing to a width of 100cm and 90cm in depth (min size) and max size according to site condition for laying GI pipe/cable including returning, filling in watering and well ramming and top surface of hard standing or road 15 cm thick shall be made good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe/cable shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cable route indicator made of GI round plate 100 mm dia (marked with HT 11 kV) fixed on GI angle 25x25x5 mm (total length 500mm), height 200 mm above GL and 300 mm below GL shall be inseted on pit size 200x200x300, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and PCC shall not be measured and paid seperately and is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including complete all as directed.

M&L for lightning arresters suitable for 11000 Volt expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kA including taking down old old lightning arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for switches, air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 A, 11000 Volt with locking arrangement including connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
