Dismantling of overhead ACSR (Aluminium conductor steel reinforced) from existing electric pole and removing unserviceable ACSR from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor, (weasel) of size 6/1x 2.59 mm dia, drawn on overhead electric lines and stretching the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminium binding wire not less than 2.00 mm dia complete all as specified and directed for any size.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections of any size and shape including clamps, back plate with bolts, nuts, washers drilled for insulator bolt, welding, bending cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old UNSV/rusted PCC tubular poles of any size necessary disconnecting cables/over head conductor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9.00 metres long designation 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and concrete foundation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' Make : Advance Steel Tubes/National Tubing Co/Buildworth Pvt Ltd.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles/struts/stay/PCC platform etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including use of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulator of any type and size from existing poles after opening nuts, bolts and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair loop insulator, porcelain vitreous, brown/green, large size over all dimension 90 X 140 mm and clearance of hole 25.5 mm including insulator bolt, washers & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white/brown/green 11000 V, grade 145 mm height 255 mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair pin insulator, porcelain vitreous, white/brown/green, including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers, one galvanised iron nut suitable for 11000 volts grade & of size 150 mm dia and 150 mm height, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaipuria Brothers/BHEL.

Supply and fixing in repairs stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in Electrical plate No.1 SSR Part-I, 2009, using stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow (4000x 14), stay plate of size 300mm x 300mmx 6mm threaded twin nuts and bolts galvanised thimble (2 Nos), upto 19mm dia, clamp made out of 50mmx 6mm flat iron including dismantling old stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Loop type insulator, excavation and concrete will be measured separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'.

Material and Labour for galvanised stay strand of size 7/2.5mm including necessary binding, strengthening complete all as specified and as directed.

Trimming of branches of tree along the sides of HT/ LT overhead lines to have a clear clearance of 3 mtr all along the overhead conductor for the branches having girth not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface clearing by cutting shrubs, vegetation , grass, bushes, weeds and trees upto 30 cm girth, sweeping and removing the same to distance not exceeding 50m away complete all as specified and directed.

Note: On testing, if earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply only copper tinned wire 0.02 - 1 mm 26 SWG for 11 KV HT overhead line for protection of transformer complete all as specified and directed.
